The ladies working Saturday 12/9 around 3pm were fantastic. I dreaded the huge line when I walked up but the ladies were getting through people fast, they were very helpful and they were kind. I appreciate them always but especially during this holiday season.

If it’s nearing the end of the business day and you need your package to ship the same day, I’d recommend using a different UPS Store location or finding a UPS Access Point.When I arrived to this UPS Store location at 4:40 pm, there was a long line of customers. Because I already had the shipping label on my package, I asked an associate at the counter if I could leave it with the pile of other packages that were awaiting pick up. The associate said, “Yeah, but it probably won’t go out today.” When I asked why, she explained that they “have to prioritize the packages of customers who waited in line.”Their posted cutoff time for ground shipments is 5 pm. And I couldn’t think of a logical explanation for their policy to prioritize packages of customers who waited in line over packages of customers who dropped them off ready to ship. So I was pretty disappointed when I was told my package “probably won’t go out today.” Luckily, I rushed to find a UPS Access Point nearby and was still able to get my package out.

The Girl Melissa was AMAZING.. LOVED HER.. But the other girl ( short, Pink hair, heavy set). Was the Most RUDE..person I've ever dealt with..! She acted like I was an Inconvenience to her..Very snobby..! Not Helpful what so ever..She is NOT GOOD at Customer Service.!!

This UPS store is HORRIBLE! My items were packaged and shipped by this store and arrived damaged and broken. The contents were insured but the store never processed my claim. The store manager, Curtis Hall, never returns phone calls and is very rude and disrespectful. They took my money, damaged my items and treated me badly. Avoid this store at all costs.Negative star rating. This place should be closed.

I shipped a one of a kind antique pedal car in March, I took out extra insurance in case it was damaged. It in fact was badly damaged, I have been dealing with UPS, Capital Claims and the Flint, UPS Store , so far I have provided them with all of the many documents needed to settle the claim . Seems no one at UPS can help me settle this claim. I have a email from UPS customer service that the claim was approved, and to go to the Flint UPS store to set up payment . When I go to the UPS store they tell me my claim was rejected and there is nothing they can do to help me. When I contact claims and customer service they tell me that they cannot tell me anything , that I need to go to the UPS store for information. At the UPS store they tell me that they can't help me. It's been a round robin of frustration. So now it seems that UPS is not going to settle the claim even though they have all requested documents and I have an approval email. This amounts to insurance fraud. Do not use UPS or buy their insurance they do not stand behind their shipments that they damaged. I guess my biggest problem is that UPS the company will not communicate with me or give me any information , all they will tell me is to go to the store for information and when I go you can't help me, I am getting pressure from the person that received the damaged pedal car. I just don't know where to go for help,seems like I have been sent in circles .

Shipped a package here that Fed Ex would not ship due to the size. The manger Curtis was very helpful in assisting with our businesses large shipment. Took the time to package it correctly as it was very expensive and awkward. We forgot one of our tracking label. He went out of his way to contact us with it. As a business owner it’s very hard to find someone with professionalism and the care I was treated with at this store. Will be back because of this. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, was very thankful to have worked with someone with such competence in what they do.

I always get excellent service here. Melissa waited on me last time I was there, she was very knowledgeable and efficient and it didn't take long at all. I will definitely use this UPS store again.
