Customer service at this location was good but the ordering process was beyond horrible! I ordered Christmas decorations 6 weeks before Christmas and was told my order would be there in 2 days. My order wasn't there and will not be there before Christmas. If they would have told me 2 days after the order that it wouldn't be there and I could have went somewhere else. They wouldn't even sell me the display. Too late to get what I wanted, so They ruined my plans for decorating this year!

I came in today and bought stuff to tile my bathroom and Gabe and Brandy were a big help. They loaded the cart from the shelves pushed it to the register for me and also loaded my car while keeping pleasant conversation.

I technically work in customer service. Do you know that an apology is better than nothing at all when someone is upset. I pulled up to curbside service at like literally 6:02 and checked in The thing just says we will be with you shortly thank you for checking in. I waited out there for 20 minutes before calling the store and having to let it ring for over 2 minutes before getting in touch with someone for the curbside pickup and having her answer the phone and tell me this is Kenzie. I told her what the issue was and she sighed and told me to hold on before hanging up the phone on me. I got pissed off, masked up me and the children and went into the store only to make it to the customer service desk and run into one of two girls which I can only assume was her. They have my air conditioner in their cart and I asked her if that was my pickup order for the air conditioner. She wouldn't respond to me so I asked again only to have her say "Treat? Yep this is you ... without checking anything! She then took her attitude out to my vehicle with me only to tell me that curbside closes at 6:00 p.m. so she shouldn't even be helping me out with this order. I even tried to lighten the situation by telling her that when I called into the store she accidentally hung up the phone on me but again she wouldn't respond to me at all. I then joked around with her that it's not easy getting three children wrangled up and into the store with masks on. Again she wouldn't speak to me at all. She said nothing to me Just set it in the back of my car pushed it in and walked away. The only thing I got out of her was a piece of paper for the order at just about 6:30 and that was it. I'm sick these bad attitude workers that I always seem to run into. I understand that some people treat them like crap but not me and I don't want to be treated as such either! Oh and by the way when we got out to my vehicle I then saw a small sign that said curbside closes at 6:00. I had no idea otherwise.

My kids have so much fun at the kids work shop every month. Everyone should take their little one there. The ladies that run it are very kind.
