I have been a member for a number of years. In my experience, I have found staff to be friendly, but on very few occasions staff rather distant & curt.
One not so nice thing is going thru ATM, when taking out money, frequently the bills you get are $100. There is no option to choose. Many retail stores & such places won't accept $100 bills.
Other than that, I have found Adventure to be dependable & helpful.

Adventure runs the Credit Union as it was intended. They take care of the Members and help them to grow and stay financially responsible. They are a bastion business to the West Michigan economy. I have been a member for many, many years. That longevity was earned by keeping me important over the years. 7 stars out of 5 for sure.

I called customer service because I had tried to deposit cash into multiple ATMs at multiple locations. The machines would give me the cash back and tell me to call the credit union. The first time I called, I was told it was a problem with the ATM and to try a different location. So I did that and the same thing happened. I call again. They tell me that my account is good and there's no problem with my card, especially since I'd used it to get gas and groceries prior to the call. Then when their solution was to replace the card, I asked how that would make a difference if, by their own admission, there was nothing wrong with my card. The customer service representative didn't know what to say so she told me she was disconnecting the call and hung up. Now, I'm still without a way to make a deposit and still no answers.

I've been a member, starting way back, when this was Bell com CU, they have treated me well every since they changed over from Bell, com CU to Adventure CU. I wouldn't use anyone but Adventure CU for my financial needs

Was disappointed that all correspondence for a loan had to be done through secured messages by email and unable to speak to someone directly.

We’re very happy with Adventure CU. The tellers and specialists are ready to help with a smile to greet us. We recently worked with them on a car loan. They went over and above to get us the best interest rate. Their dad to day operation is excellent. We’ve been with this credit union through 3or 4 name changes without a hitch in their service. Thank you employees of Adventure CU!

I love Adventures credit union. They gave me credit for paying my bill on time without a miss payment, that's definitely a motivation to keep my account up to date
