I absolutely refuse to spend a dime in this store. The big guy there became upset with my mother and after an exchange of words she told him she will never come back to his store and he told her”Good we don’t need you N words money always”. Very disrespectful and unnecessary.

Called ahead to see if they carry Kirsch. Was given apparent well-informed info that they do. I got there and the staff hadn't heard of it, no clue who we talked to, and it's nowhere in the store. Time wasters.

bought beer and shots the guy working there didn't but everything in the bag when we called all he said was sorry ok cool what about the alcohol I paid for? sorry im out money? sorry I can come get it??? what just so happen to be the most expensive shot

Have had nothing but great experiences here! The owner is always super kind and helpful and will regularly strike up a conversation with people who frequent the shop on a regular basis. You can tell he takes pride in his store and keeping the place looking nice. Highly recommend coming here!

WE LOVE BALLPARK!This is the best liquor store in the area! We live nearby, and are there frequently. We couldn’t be more happy with our service that we get—we are always greeted with smiles and friendly conversation from staff. Prices are great, and so is the selection. It’s rare to find a liquor store that you always feel welcomed by kind staff, but this place consistently does. If you live in the area, give this place your business!

I always enjoy visiting Ballpark Liquor. The owners are SO kind and I always feel very valued as a customer. They always have exactly what I need, and if they don’t, they are diligent in having it in stock for next time. It’s a clean, safe, and well stocked store with fantastic employees. It’s a neighborhood gem!

Many liquor stores are indistinguishable from one another. But, I always go to Ballpark on my Friday night beer run because it’s the best service, and stock is very very dependable. Not really sure what the negative reviews are about.

I always looks forward to the weekend and getting whatever I might need from Ballpark Liquor!! The staff here is top notch and this place is hands down my favorite liquor store in Grand Rapids!! Whatever you might need for your weekend festivities- you can count on Ballpark to have it!
