After being passed by one of their drivers in a turn lane while I was going the speed limit I would never recommend this company to anyone I want to keep alive.

If there was an option for 0 star, I would choose that coz that’s what they deserve.Poor service, very rude staff! The drivers are not organized have clients wait for hours and most of the times never show up but still send invoices. I have no idea how this company still in business?

In the era of Uber and Lyft transports, I was hesitant to schedule a ride of this nature. I haven't been more happily incorrect with my assumptions in a very long time.My driver was courteous friendly and most respectful. I appreciate the prompt ness and attention to follow the route I requested.My car is back on the road now, but if I need a ride again I think I'll call Calder, it was a very good experienceMay God continue to bless you all. ?

If I could give zero stars I would. It took 2.5 hours for them to come pick me and grandson up. The driver yelled at me to sit behind the passenger seat instead of driver seat. I am disabled and left leg I can not raise it. Then the home was a nightmare there was something wrong with the car transmission because all sudden we would be going down the street and car would stop. Then driver passed my street when I told him he wanted to argue about where I live. When he finally turned around I told him to get in center lane he stopped in driving lane to make left turn when I finally got in front of my house I would not let him pull in my driveway

Our Business offers vouchers for patients that are in need of a ride home with this "business" and yesterday may of been the last, an elderly patient of ours was waiting patiently for a ride and is not always aware of her surroundings. When the cab driver arrived he proceeded to be BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL to this elderly individual, physically grabbed her and tried to remove her from the vehicle when we were bringing out her voucher because she didn't immediately show her money to him. We had to have an off the clock employee and another employee stay and watch to make sure this driver did not continue to assault this patient physically as well as verbally. Reports will be filed.

they were horrible service took 3 hours to get to me when they were 5 minutes down the road and they overly charged me for a ride that was extremely short plus very rude customer service

I would like to know who gave these people a license. I just witnessed one of the vans nearly take out 3 cars. & For the previous reviewers who are saying they didn’t return your calls, God was protecting you- you may have lost your life riding with them.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Unprofessional and disrespectful company. The driver just got into a road rage with another car while driving, including pulling over on the side of the road and getting out of his car. I did not feel safe. I will not use this company again. I do not recommend anyone use them.

POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS THE MAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS DISRESPECTFUL THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THAT SHE DOESNT CARR AND GOING TO CALL WHEELS TO WORK SO THEY DONT COME PICK ME UP NO MORE AND SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE JUST A POOR EXCUSE THEN IM CALL CONTINUOUSLY AND SHE DOESNT ANSWER JUST HORRIBLE THE CREW AND THE OWNER HORRIBLE PEOPLE NO WONDER NOBODY USES CABS AND OH FUN FACT SHE SAID THAT WONT SEND A CAB TO MY HOUSE FOR WORK THAT MY JOB PAYS FOR

I took a cab to the vet. The driver didn't have a mask on and was smoking in the car. I reported it and the company didn't care. I told them it was not safe. I felt uncomfortable and my cat and I smell like smoke. it was hard to breathe in the car. They say they will hire anybody that's breathing and who have the virus .

Called the night before to schedule a pick up at 4:45 a.m. They were ahead of schedule and even called to let us know they were waiting for us.

Called. Said it would take an hour and a half to get a cab. Uber took fifteen minutes.
