I constantly pick up this area
Notice they don’t have a lid for their trash container
It’s causing raccoons to litter the neighborhood
Please order a lid and do better at picking up
I will change review to 5 stars once I see the change I want

Please just close think location. This is the worst. ATM never works, closes at 5pm ¬ open on weekends. How are people who work past 5pm on Fridays supposed to ever be serviced. This bank is useless-literally. Let’s utilize this building for something that’s better for the community

Had some difficulty getting our account set up online due to some incorrect info on file & despite multiple calls to chase we could not get the issue resolved. Came into the Leonard branch today & Kenneth helped us within 5 minutes of us coming into the branch- he was super helpful & we really appreciated how someone was finally be able to help us.

I came to this bank to deposit a check for a friend who is out of town.I had a great experience here with the manager who helped me right after walking in the door and forwarded me to an awesome teller who initially deposited the check and gave a great greeting. Thank you all for the hospitality.

Chase just closed the nearest atm now I have to go to this next location and the atm is always down. Terrible service chase Bank

I understand your atm got hit bye a car but it's been months now and still not replaced it's very inconvenient you have reduced hours closed on Saturday for me to do my banking and the the other two closet ATMs never work half the time I'm gonna have to change banks real soon

These people banned me because I was jointed to a high-school checking account with my father for a job I had when I was 16, I did everything I could to not be banned anymore. Me and my husband had recently had a face to face appointment with them and got everything set up to to check our accounts and to see they were unactive and we weren't even notified about it.They closed my father's accounts because he got in a argument at a drive through window ? and banned them because he called them retards.My family had never ever had problems with any other chase Bank but moving into grand rapids and coming to this place has caused so many problems and had gotten me banned for no reason that is mine. Forget this place. The Chase in Muskegon though has always had amazing, friendly and understanding customer service.

My wife n I had sat through an appointment for an hour n half just to get our account set then a week later our account got closed because my wife's father had been banned so now all of a sudden my wife is band too for something she had no control over and something that she was not involved In at all but Kenneth was a very good help he had called me back right after I called n tried to help me out cause he was confused as to why she was band too
