I had a problem with a check that was stolen, washed and rewritten to an unknown person and the amount had been changed from $20 to $500 and it had been a mobile deposit. I went into the credit Union and they were all very helpful. My checking acct was closed and a new one opened. We had to notify Social Security to give them the new acct number. Hopefully, they can find out who did this. Very pleased working with Sue and Krista.

I just want to say how grateful I am for Krista at the credit union. She helped me through the process of closing my mother’s estate, which was something I had never done before and honestly felt really overwhelmed by. Krista was so kind and patient — she explained everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and treated the situation with
genuine care and respect. It meant a lot to feel like I wasn’t just another task on someone’s list. During such an emotional and confusing time, having someone like Krista in my corner made all the difference!

The CU1 Walker, mi.location is what I,am putting My review on. I, Love The Bank manager Krista Fox she's an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly person.Most all the ladies except for 1 are very nice& helpful! However we've been having issues relating to 1young lady that doesn't do simple request we ask ( putting our cash in an envelope??)) She's unkind and cold.I,truly wish someone would address her on This .I,LL Have to come in and Take it up with the manager. However I want to give a HUGE 10 Star rating to A Customer service representative named Reisha she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, Happy, Kind,Just overall A Great personality And excellent at Her Job.Sincerly Shari Lara

Unfortunately I have only been a customer for about two weeks and during that time frame my accounts have been frozen, my card was blocked and at first they stated that it would be unblocked after 2 direct deposits (ie- I wouldn’t be able to use my debit card for a month because I get paid biweekly….this isn’t logical). The teller then told me that they could unfreeze my debit card after one direct deposit as a “courtesy”. The day after my accounts and debit card were unfrozen, ALL transfers and transactions were DOWN (as in, I couldn’t make any purchases at all or make any money moves unless I came INTO a branch.) and now, I just went to get cash out at the ONLY credit union one atm on this side of the state, and it’s out of service. This has been an absolute terrible experience so far. If this persists, we will be starting this whole process over with another credit union. :(

I've been a customer for almost 30 years and love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a lot of great loans options. They keep track of suspicious use on your card and notify you right away. And it's resolved really quickly too.
