I picked up my new Honda Civic last week and I am super happy with the car. The service was excellent and I would particularly like to emphasize the patience of the sales team in relation to my unusual purchase situation. They always worked on the best solution and made everything possible.
I would especially like to thank Jessica, who did an amazing job. She was always friendly, responded to my wishes and did a great job explaining the vehicle to me.
I particularly like the rear lights, which remind me of a famous computer animated movie from 1982. ?

After going through the entirety of the interview process for a parts role, Jason the Parts Manager was sure to inform me he would give me a call when a decision was reached. That day would end up getting pushed back, over a weekend to what he described as a “call he’d be giving me Monday or Tuesday.” After still no call I decided to call him yet again myself. When he answered he quickly scrambled to his own defense “I sent you over the information via text and it didn’t seem to go through but we decided to go with someone else”. Well blatantly enough that is still not a call. Which is what led to this review. If I were once again a candidate looking for employment, I wouldn’t waste your time with the Fox Honda group. It is apparent that the staff even in management roles aren’t mature enough to keep their word. Not due to forgetfulness, but an obvious lack of confidence in themselves to correspond to candidates they did not get the job.

I have worked with Rodney at Fox Honda for years now, and have purchased or leased (03 Odyssey, 07 Pilot, O9 CR-V, and now a 2025 CR-V Hybrid) now four vehicles from him spanning 20+ years. He makes the process transparent, easy, and nearly painless. I know a lot about automobiles, and the car buying process and Rodney does not take that for granted. Today I watched him expertly show me the features of the vehicle all while stepping out for an all Dealership photograph (I think he gave an autograph too?) only to step back into the demo seamlessly all while training a newer sales associate. Everything was taken care of, the car was polished, prepped and beautifully awaiting my arrival. Todd in Finance also incredible at his job, quick professional easy and all documents neatly organized and delivered in what seemed like no time at all.
This place sells a lot of Hondas, and it is easy to understand why. Thanks again Rodney, Todd and Fox Honda! I know your service department is just as good, so I look forward to having the CRV routine maintenance handled by these guys again for a few years to come!

I called Fox Honda’s service center reference my 2019 Honda Passport’s Idle-Stop System failing to restart. I said I would like to schedule an appointment for warranty service and told him the issue. I also I advised that I purchased their extended warranty when I bought the vehicle. The man advised me that the issue was probably battery related, and would not be covered under warranty. He said go get the battery tested first, and if that wasn’t the issue, then it would be $145 for them to diagnose the problem because they do not work for free. I took the vehicle to Serra Honda in Grandville and the problem was fixed for free. It seems there was an extended warranty issued by Honda for that particular issue. Of course Fox Honda never took the time to look into it, just wanted to take the easy way out and let me know their time wasn’t free. I told Serra Honda about my experience with Fox Honda and they said that was typical of them. Customers tell them all the time about Fox Honda’s subpar customer service, and how they will be switching to Serra Honda for all their service needs. Anything service related for your Honda vehicle should not be taken to Fox Honda.

We were extremely happy with our car shopping experience at Fox Honda. We worked with Kirk, who has been with the company for over 20 years. He is knowledgeable about all things Honda and was friendly and easy to work with! We highly recommend him and the whole Fox Honda team!

A while ago, we bought a Pre-Owned Toyota Tacoma here at Fox Honda. Zack Hruby was very friendly and super helpful. He and the team there worked with my husband and I to get a good deal on the truck. When I was ready to upgrade my vehicle, I contacted Zach again. Gave him the info for what I was looking for, and he found me a beautiful Pre-Owned 4Runner at the Fox Ford in Cadillac. Zach made sure everything went smoothly, talking with the team there and set me up with Rob Kingsbury to finalize everything. Both teams at both locations did a fantastic job and these were the best experiences I have had a dealerships in the area. Thank you to everyone that helped us at Fox!

Great experience with Fox Honda. I’ve purchased a few Hondas from Kirk Jack and as always, a pleasant to work with. I was in an unfortunate accident and he was able to get me into a Volkswagen used car. Thanks Kirk, Andy, and Todd! I’ll be back for the CRV Hybrid.

Bought our new vehicle here. Appreciated that they provide information but do not pressure you into getting extra protection packages etc. Car shopping and buying from here was easy and we look forward to more purchases in the future.

I have a Honda Accord and have have such great service that I bring our Toyota forerunner into this location for services as well. They definitely go above and beyond and have fair prices for their services. Highly recommended.

The staff made it a painless transaction and was very honest about everything. I especially liked that they met me halfway to pick up my vehicle so I didn't have to drive 90 minutes to get it. Very courteous, professional and extremely easy to work with!
