I have bought 2 bikes from this shop specifically and a third from a location of the same company which is no longer open.
All my bikes are serviced here and I come to them regularly for gear, parts and advice. Staff is amazing. Professional, courteous and passionate about everything cycling.
10000% reccomended for anyone needing a new bike, a tune-up, repairs or just a spare tube. GRBC will keep you rolling.

I purchased a gravel bike from GR Bicycle last fall and ended up moving internationally in the spring. They helped carefully pack and coordinate shipping and import of the bike to Europe when I left The States. James went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly throughout the process. I can't recommend GR Bicycle enough.

This place ROCKS! Super friendly, very knowledgeable staff. They aren't pushy with sales either.
I am pretty new to the Bicycle world and the staff has been super down to earth and patient me with me as I navigate this new hobby. I can't say enough good things about this shop, spend your money here!

My Dad was always the one to help me with my bike so I’m glad this place is here. I came in a few weeks ago for help getting a new chain—I had no idea what I needed. The woman who helped me explained everything I needed to know and didn’t try to take advantage of my lackluster knowledge—I was expecting to pay at least $30 for a chain after looking online but walked out paying less than half of that.
I came back a few days ago because after finally getting around to putting my chain on, something wasn’t right and I thought my deraileur might have been broken. One of the repair guys invited me to the shop in the back. He told me I did a great job shortening it and trying to get it on but showed me how it was not wound around the gears quite correctly. He showed me how to put it on properly, put air in my tires, and adjusted a crooked valve on the front tire. All without me asking! He complimented my bike and was super friendly.
Definitely recommend stopping by even if you’re just a $75 1990’s casual bike rider like me. :)

Wow, these people are the greatest! My adult son has a donated bike which frequently requires attention. I have twice been with him when he needed to take his bike in, and every single person we encountered has been wonderful to deal with. Recognizing this bike is his only transportation, they quickly and efficiently get him in and out, always treating him with such respect and kindness. I am personally an avid bike rider and appreciate the customer service and knowledge that is so evident in this well-run business. Everyone on staff is looking out for their customers' best interest, and you know that that integrity is a core value instilled by the owners. I HIGHLY recommend this shop, whether looking for a new ride, or keeping a current bike in top-notch shape. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome shop with a passionate staff. I purchased a Marin Larkspur 2 which they were able to order and build up for me within about a week. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and excited to get me on the bike I wanted. The shop has the exact quirky vibe I want to see with people who live and breath bikes. The vibe is down to earth without condescension I've seen at many other small shops. The staff is genuinely curious, patient, and thoughtful about your needs and ask great questions. Swapping stories and meeting you at your cycling level. Honestly the best shop I've ever interacted with. Shout out to Emmy, James, and the whole crew!

I recently purchased a Surly Preamble from GRBC and I couldn’t be happier not only with the bike, but also with the care the staff took to help me configure my new bike just right.
I worked with Emmy, whose passion for cycling is infectious. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all fun. I’ll definitely be back to work with her again. The rest of the staff also chimed in with helpful suggestions and encouragements. The entire team is all-around A+.
If you like riding bikes, solid advice and service, and good folks then this is the shop for you.

Very friendly and helpful. Walked in with my son and his bike for a school project and was enthusiastically welcomed into the workshop... my child even got to help make the repairs! Tuned up the bike in full-on teacher mode with my son's participation and charged us almost nothing for the whole experience. Thank you, Nate, for your warmth and wealth of knowledge!

Wish I could give it way more than 5 stars--I love this team and love this shop! I use the Fulton Street location as my exclusive bike company. I bought my bike there and loved the sales process and the team (shout out to Emmy, Benson & James). Service post purchase was and continues to be exceptional. Brought my wife in and she bought a bike from them as well and she also loves the team. Sent neighbors in recently and they bought a bike too! Great shop/team--can't say enough good things about them!
