Jack the tool rental worker at the Hone Depot on 28th Street near Patrerson Street in Kentwood, MI is very rude. When asked about prices he stated my question was dumb as it is on their website then hung the phone up on me. I won't shop here ever again and hope no one else does either.

Went to buy a $3 part, went thru self checkout. Normally I don't use self checkouts. I got harassed by a Home Depot staff about applying for a Home Depot credit card and can save $25. I told them that I was only buying a $3 part and didn't need one. The person wouldn't let it drop and continued to push the credit card. Next time , I won't use self checkout for a small purchase. NOT WORTH THE HARASSMENT.

I recently had a profoundly frustrating experience with the delivery service at Home Depot that I feel compelled to share.
Initially, I was excited about my purchase of a microwave and a stove, and to make it even better, I decided to open a Home Depot credit card to take advantage of their enticing 12-month interest-free financing. My excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I was informed that my delivery was scheduled for two weeks later.
As the delivery date approached, I received updates about my order that were less than reassuring. The delivery truck kept pushing my order further back on their schedule, and after a day of waiting, I learned that I could no longer receive my items that evening. Rather than prioritizing my order for the next day, they inexplicably pushed my delivery out another week.
Feeling frustrated and somewhat neglected as a customer, I decided to visit the store in person. On Wednesday, I was assured that my delivery could indeed be arranged for Friday. However, when Friday came and went with no sign of my new appliances, it was the last straw.
I've always trusted Home Depot for my home improvement needs, but this delivery experience was a major letdown. I ultimately canceled the entire order and took my business to another store that could provide the service I needed.
In the end, I was left feeling like just another number in their system, rather than a valued customer. If you're considering purchasing large items from Home Depot, I'd advise you to think twice about their delivery service. It’s disappointing to see what should be a straightforward process turn into such a tedious ordeal. I hope they can improve their logistics in the future, as I would love to give them another chance. Until then, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Two thumbs down for Home Depot. You just lost my business. Making someone provide an email address and a phone number just too check a gift card balance????? Quite frankly kiss my butt with all the information collection BS that you either sell or give to hackers.

Told them had stackable washer and dryer
Came and delivered it & would not stack left it in my living room . This was all talked about when I bought it
Now it’s my problem it’s sitting in the living room

If you don’t trust people to use self checkout maybe transfer to using checkout lanes with clerks again…. Went on a work supply run for my fiancé that is part of the pro extra program here as he owns his own tile business and I got treated like a common thief in the checkout line…. They said they needed to check the 5gal buckets I was purchasing to make sure there was nothing inside which I have no problem with but then continued to hover over me shooting me glances like I was going to do something the second they left/turned away…. Get a lost prevention team if it’s that serious…. Don’t just have the common employee who doesn’t understand how to operate with respect and curtesy be in charge of this, they’ll only turn business away.

AVOID THIS HOME DEPOT AT ALL COSTS. Time wasting employees that are bored and couldn’t care less about you getting in and out efficiently.
Every time I’ve gone in I’ve had to talk with multiple people to get one simple tasked figured out. It’s sad and wrong. This place is a disgrace.

Within a week of shopping at Home Depot in Kentwood they have linked my email to my credit card and are sharing my information with 3rd parties. Great source for identity theft.
