My wife is Asian and loves this store. She gets just about everything she needs here, and I love the durian! Only store I’ve found in town that carries it. We purchase it frozen , a little pricey , but well worth it. One of my favorite fruits, had it often when we lived in China, and this is just about as good and fresh. Lots of people say that it stinks, and tastes awful, so it’s not for everyone. I love it. If you’re willing to risk spending $20 for a new taste adventure then I highly recommend trying it.

Best place to find everything that you can't find at a regular grocery store. Love this place! Prices are reasonable and affordable.

Kim Nhung Super Store serves as a vital hub for Grand Rapids' Asian American community, offering affordability and a diverse range of products. However, the store's neglect of maintenance is undeniable; the facility is in dire need of repair and appears unhygienic. The floors, seemingly untouched since 1930, reflect a lack of commitment to upkeep. While the store excels in providing economical options, its disregard for aesthetics and ambience leaves customers questioning why a place so integral to the community isn't investing in a much-needed makeover. It's time for Kim Nhung Super Store to prioritize quality over cheapness and invest in a long-overdue remodel.

If you are looking for Asian specialty items, this is the place to go. Odds are, they have it on the shelf. Additionally, they have the largest and most impressive fish market I have seen anywhere in the Midwest. If it comes from the ocean, they have. They have fresh, frozen, and live selections. Too many to list.

Best Asian grocery, with the largest selection of things I and my Taiwanese wife are looking for, that I am aware of in the GR area. They have a particularly large selection of vegetables, fruits, meats, and condiments

I went to this market today and bought a bag of mangosteen for about $30 only to come home to find them very hard to open, they were dry and brown inside. I kept trying to call and the line stayed continuously busy as if they left the phone off the hook purposely to avoid accepting calls

Great selection and good prices. I like to go early in the morning to get fish and seafood among other things. This is my go to spot for veggies, seasonings, and sauces.

Best place for Asian groceries near GR. Albeit a niche market, I've had a hard time in general finding Asian markets in West Michigan. Asian Delight was my main go-to before discovering this place. I still love Asian Delight but Kim Nhung is bigger and has a better selection hands down. The only bad things about the store is that it's crowded and the building is a little dingey. Overall though it's clean and the staff is friendly and the selection is better than anywhere else I've been in West Michigan.
