I arrived earlier thinking my problem would take a long time to resolve. Melvin resolved it in 7 minutes flat. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Melvin is a great teller!

The banker Gabby Nail is so rude and disrespectful. A person like her shouldn't be working with customers, she discriminated
against me and my daughter after she heard I had an accent and she rolled her eyes at us and walked away, didn't want to help us and started assisting other people behind us.

This branch may make me switch financial institutions. The mess up nearly every time im here. The gentleman working the drive thru talked to every customer SO MUCH that even tho was NEXT in line it took 20 min to get to my turn. Thwy have also
1. Forgot to FILE MY CLAIM FOR FRAUD. this caused me a LOT of hastle.
2. They deposited my check into someone else's account....TWICE. they tried to brush it over and kind of blame it on me,
i'll be contacting corporate but if you can avoid this branch I definitely would.

Joined in 2021 after awful experiences with my former bank and fraud. Very happily customer until negatives started happening on two of my accounts. Nothing but problems trying to file provisional credits so I get my money back, which LMCU refuses to fix. Done with them screwing me over.

I’ve been using them for years but there is a bunch of negatives my card doesn’t work online most of the time and for some reason I’m 10 miles from home right now and my card isn’t working it’s Saturday night still sooo idk I’m sick of these problems unless LMCU somehow fixes this immediately I’m switching banks sick of them screwing me over

Caitlin Mabry was an exceptionally helpful and diligent loan officer. I went in to purchase 2 vehicles, one of which I was turning around to sell right away, and she helped me through each process with such a kind and knowledgeable approach.I had already had a frustrating experience with the dealer trying to work through them to purchase the cars and, fed up with their lack of support and honesty, I immediately went to this LMCU branch to procure a loan. I was not in great spirits, clearly at the end of my proverbial rope, and Caitlin graciously walked me through next steps, honored the frustration I was feeling toward the dealer, and helped me find confidence in finishing up the task.When GM messed up the title for one of the vehicles (the one I was about to sell, making it a very frustrating mistake from GM's end), Caitlin kindly did the work to fix the error quickly and seamlessly, turning what felt like a daunting chore into a breeze.After all was completed, I received a lovely hand written note in the mail thanking me for working with her.I truly appreciated the added personal touch!Thank you Caitlin!

I've been with this Credit Union since I was 15 years old because my mother was a teacher. That's a total of 23 years now! They've always been great! I was able to get loans for a car and other items and have paid them off. I've never had any complaint and now I'm super excited to take part in the MAX CHECKING with 3% for several years now! Also, they are amazing with fraud alerts! Always assisting me to make sure my money is secure without judgment! I'm always trying to get others to join just because I care about my family and friends. To my knowledge there is no referral bonus that’s just how excited I am to share my experience!!

INCREDIBLY frustrated with this branch. Set up an appointment with a banker. Arrived on time, but was not called back for another 20 minutes (so what’s the purpose of me showing up on time and respecting their time if they didn’t care about mine?), despite the branch being empty of customers. Once we were seen, the rep (not going to mention her name) had zero friendliness or people skills, and ended up telling us they couldn’t help us, but gave us a card to see someone else who we would need to set up ANOTHER appointment with. This was a huge waste of my time and there seemed to be NO interest in customer service. Will absolutely be using a different branch going forward.

Branch service is good in my experience but the call in service has recently had very long wait times. I was caller number 54 in December. Unfortunately, I never received a call using their call back system so I had to call again and get to the back of the line. Been with this credit union since the late 90's and it's been awesome until the last few years. I know they are growing members at an incredible rate too and staffing could be an issue for them (and everyone else). My last interaction took over 2 hours, I didn't get my question resolved, and I was transferred multiple times. I guess I'm going to the branch to try again later. I think they are still the cheapest option (especially compared to for profit banks) but I suppose you might pay in other ways, like with your time. I wonder what it will be like in a few years.
