Dwayne Boyd and Kaylin Donnelly were fantastic. My wife and I drove 4 hours to buy a 2022 Nautilus found on the internet, unfortunately the used car manager needs to go back to school and learn about making a deal easier for customer and sales personnel. Low balled us on our trade saying tires were bad even though only 19 thousand miles on them said car was only worth 1500 dollars - an insulting offer. Ended up going to Carmax down the road and they gave us double what you offered. Ended up buying the car thanks to Dwayne Boyd and Kaylin Donnelly after 8 ridiculous hours at the dealership. Retrain the used car management to take stress off the customer and salesperson . Would give it 5 stars if it was a better experience like it should have been. Management wouldn't come out of their offices to support the deal except Jeff. And in 7 hours we were offered only water except the chai tea Dwayne bought out of his pocket, yet Carmax felt sorry for our experience and bought us dinner. We would welcome the LaFontaine management to try and make us feel like part of the family like their slogan states!

I’ve been trying to pay the service department for a diagnosis all day. I’ve called 3 times so far. I’ve left a message once. Then hours later i called again and I talked to a nice lady who took down my information to bring down to the service department. Two hours later no one had contacted me. I tried to talk to a manager this time but went to voicemail. It said for immediate help stay on the line. This brought me back to the nice lady who said she’s bringing my name and number back to the service department. That was an hour ago. I can only assume it is because I told them I was getting the work done somewhere else. I’m just trying to literally give them my money. This should have only taken a few minutes. I’ve now missed my window to have the work done at the other shop I’m talking to done today. I just want to have my car towed away!! At this point they should be paying me.

La Fontaine was able to take care of my recall with their mobile unit. It allowed me to keep working while they performed the recall.

It was actually a pretty cool experience. I called at the last minute and got a robo-assisted appointment for a next day oil change. They were ready and waiting for me when I got there and I was on the road within the hour.

Terrible service and customer service!
My young daughter came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation after getting off of work. She was later informed that the tire rotation could not be done because of having stripped and bad lug nuts. I don’t know why she was not offered replacement lug nuts, or a solution for that situation. The dealership pulled my daughter‘s car around and she left. My daughter later called me upset saying her car was shaking and making a very bad noise that it wasn’t making before she took it into service. I instructed my daughter to take the car back to the dealership to find out what was the issue.Upon arriving at the dealership the service representative said to my daughter, the car was fine when we pulled it around. my daughter had to ask him again to please check out the car and take it for a ride. After he took it for a ride, he came back very slowly and told the technician to pull the vehicle into the bay very carefully. After checking the car again, the technician did not tighten the lug nuts on the tires after saying that they could not rotate the tires because of the lug nuts.Then why were the lug nuts loosened? It was a very dangerous and scary situation for my daughter, which could have turned into a very bad situation. After this entire situation, which was totally caused by Lack of attention and detail by the technician. NO ONE from the dealership contacted my daughter or myself, even after I called multiple times to speak with a manager. All my daughter received was “we’re sorry”! There was no effort to try and make the situation right for the customer, See what they can do for the customer, or even show some type of sympathy for what they had just put a customer through. That type of service and customer service is totally unacceptable And no one should have to deal with any situation like that from a dealership. I have been a loyal customer to that Lincoln dealership, purchased multiple cars from this dealership, And to be treated like that shows me how much they value their customers. Very disappointed and will not be returning!!

Brought my 2023 Lincoln Navigator in for oil change everything was done in a timely manor . And 4 new tires . I really like the buy 3 get 1 free sale . Oil change and new tires done in a timely manor. Also the timeliness of a text message for bill payment . So no more standing at cashier to pay your bill .
