I live across the street it's 2 o'clock in the morning all they do is play and holler all night they burn stuff that smells like burnt toast hope my kids go back to sleep wondering what they really do there that can't be done in the 12 hours they play around

We own a business. The delivery person is awesome. My business partner signed a contract and immediately tried to call to cancel based on the price/quality of what we have received. The company would not answer calls or return phone calls. Someone eventually answered and told my husband it had been 5 days and he could not get out of the contract. The only option we have is to get our lawyer involved and we will be letting all of our local business owners know to avoid this company. Do not use this company.

VCL customer service was outstanding, and the linens were exactly what we wanted for our event. Not only were we extremely pleased with the overall service, but impressed with the quality of the product we received. We highly recommend Valley City Linen.

We use valley city linen at my job and the are consistently torn, stained, or filled with burn holes. 1 star because i couldn’t give them less. Please start looking at the linens before sending them out.

The worst reviews always start this way, but where to start... Jake the customer representative is literally the most unhelpful business rep I have ever encountered. He declines to provide credits for stained sheets (he used to, but suddenly stopped all of a sudden), he does not reply to emails asking for a response due to inventory delivered that is unusable because of the quality, he is unresponsive to urgent emails regarding inventory NOT delivered, he is unresponsive when asked to be transferred to someone of a higher position and one day when he is sick of receiving complaints from you he will cancel your account. Sit down, shut up and be happy with the low quality product we may or may not deliver or don't work with Valley is their philosophy, I guess. Luckily, we were in the process of purchasing our own linens simply because, as a small business, we did not have the time or energy to deal with a company as unethical as Valley City Linen. If there was another company in the area we would have switched a long time ago, but there isn't yet... YET.To all business owners, avoid this place by purchasing your own linens and working out a deal with a local laundromat. Call me at the Hotel Nichols for my referral. We receive pick up and delivery 3 times per week, request special cycles for drying and our towels and sheets are folded and packaged for us. We are currently paying $1.25/lb! Great deal considering the time they commit to us, quality of work we receive and we are not paying anymore than what we paid Valley City Linen. Best decision we could have made was to buy our own linens and towels and work with someone else.If you care about customer service and quality of product do not work with Valley City Linen. -Maegan Svita

Very big fan of this business! Friendly office staff who are always willing to help, reliable and hard working truck drivers, and knowledgeable and outgoing managerial staff. I'm always left happy with VCL.

Horrible customer service by Jake.Had a sheet service for my business. Delivery driver was completely rude, intrusive, loud, inconsiderate and very aggressive.Upon delivery I was in session with a client and he was made aware of this twice and proceeded to make a scene.Slammed the door to my office so hard he rattled my office windows and cabinets and startled my client and myself.Called management and not only did they NOT apologize but reprimanded me for not supplying them with “the dirty linens”. I explained to Jake that first off an apology was in order before being reprimanded and of course the lack of skill and adequate customer service skill and experience he failed and continued to talk over me as I was trying to explain to him that I did Not have dirty linens as I was out of the office. He was rude and very unresponsive to my explanation. Still no apology and he explained to me that he and his boss “Jeff” were on the same page and that “they” did not want to “deal” with me on a weekly basis. Wondering still how this whole situation got turned around on me when it was the delivery drivers poor performance. Jake proceeded to hang up on me as I was requesting his superiors number. I had to call back and I could barely get a word in edgewise. Love being talked over the whole time! Jake having worse customer service skills and the worst in representing a company I’m embarrassed for them. Jake Is ultimately reason I have ended my contract with this company. I do not recommend this company.I called the owner Jeff and have had zero response from him personally. I requested from Anna (Whom I originally started my lines service with) information regarding my automatic payments to company and she refuses to give me detailed information wether or not they will cease deducting from my bank. I have requested a refund for linens not used from Anna, and she inform me that Jake will not issue a refund. I have yet to receive any cancellation of the contract or updates to my account.Its just one thing after another with this company. Absolute worst in customer service and performance starting from the top.There are many linen service providers out there, go with another company and save yourself the headache.I do not recommend VCL
