I mean its Wendy's. However this ones pretty good. They havent ever messed up my order, they were super fast. Very friendly. I have to say this last visit It seemed like everyone was in such a good mood and that rubs off ya know. So i left feeling like wow, that service was great. Which you dont get often from fast food, let's face it.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger, which was wonderful!! BUT... my daughter got the baconator fries: came to us with a ton a bacon (that’sa good thing) and a bunch of shredded cheese only, not melted, and without nacho cheese. They supposedly fixed it with way less bacon, way too much nacho cheese that was super thick and orange-ish in color (maybe old?? ?), and very little shredded cheese. It was gross! First time ever hating baconator fries... first time ordering them from Grandville Wendy’s. The guy handing us the food had his mask half hanging off his face, from one ear. Good job following protocol ?? —— Don’t recommend Grandville Wendy’s. Standale Wendy’s ROCKS, though!!

My wife ordered a spicy chicken with extra mayo. We got home and they clearly were being hateful. There was so much mayo on the top and bottom bun the sandwich was inedible. My Dave’s double tasted off as well so I threw it away. Terrible experience!

This location doesn’t speak clearly, they don’t give you any straws and put stuff you directly don’t want or can’t have on your food. For instance today, I specifically asked for no mayo repeatedly and they put mayo, if I didn’t catch this I could’ve been rushed to the hospital. This was the only place that this has happened to me.

Order was made incorrectly two times now. What’s the point of masks if not one of the three workers I saw wears them properly? Literally one guy had hi mask gaming on one ear lobe. Will not return and recommend you don’t even bother with this Wendy’s. Poorly managed!!!

This Wendy's location is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. It does not matter when you go in there, they cannot handle filling orders. My wait today was 30 minutes just to place an order. Completely not worth the aggravation. I did not even get to eat because I was on my lunch hour and there wasn't enough time

Ordered double no mayo. Paid for double no mayo. Got single with mayo. I haven’t had a good experience here in years. Every few months I try again. Slow service. Rarely accurate orders. Filthy restrooms. Not a good location.

This Wendy's SUCKS! My order was wrong. The idiot in the window literally didn't pay attention to what he was giving us at all. I'm pissed I drove home before looking in my bag for my food, because I paid more for my order, instead I ended up with a kids meal.

What a dumpster fire. I normally don't review fast food joints, as I get it is a fast pace environment. But this particular location has always been less than stellar. Tonight I got home (my fault for not checking the bags right?) and my hamburger was missing. Called the store and the night manager said oh yeah, somebody else ate it. Well, that's all fine and dandy, she said I could get a "free" sandwich next tIme I came in. Well, that sandwich was my dinner, so I said I was coming back for the sandwich. The young gentleman that helped me was fantastic. I asked for a voucher for my troubles, she said no. "Well, he can have a frosty". Ok, that's the last straw. I won't be back to this location. You can keep your 5 cent frosty!

Spicy Chicken was undercooked bacon cheddar fries had bacon strips on it instead of crumbs i complained online and the store manager Karen called me back and told me off like i was lying about our horrible dining experience also the dining area was filthy and she was absolutely rude and unbearable cant believe she called me and attacked me because i had a complaint she said she was a general manager and there is no one else i can talk to i am livid about this experience... Update:1-0-2020i still have not heard back from corporate but surely will follow up

On Tuesdays I buy Wendy's great chili when it goes BOGO. Back home I add 2 cans of beans and 2 tablespoons of barley and let it go for an hour or so in the slow cooker. It sure beats my other attempts.

Wendy's. Wendy's food comes in a cardboard box. Many, many people get in line to own a franchise; why because you are just about guaranteed to be successful. This location is just like most of them; poor paid employees who don't care (why would they, they are not being paid fairly). When this situation happens to reflects on their lack of customer service. I actually like Wendy's, but its not Wendy's corporation thats the problem, its greedy franchise owners; who think they have struck gold, by owning a huge name (Wendy's). Truth being told, you still need people, and when you pay them poorly, it effects your business. This location could be good, but right now, nobody cares.

Giving this a 2-star instead of one simply because the food in terms of fast food is pretty damn good. But the last few times I've gone the line has been unbearably long. 30+minutes in the drive thru before ordering long. This time around I got outta line and went to the bk down the street. May not be as good of food but I was served in less than 5 minutes.

Went there on a Sunday at 6pm and the inside was closed-drive thru only! My wife wanted Wendy’s so I got to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure what kind of management team closes down the inside at 6 but it’s horrible business sense. Will NEVER go to this one again!

Really one of the better Wendy's they allow you to substitute a sour cream and chive potato for the french fries the meat and the inexpensive burgers were very good.

I will never go back to this location again.. they took 29 min in the drive through and only had 4 cars and when we got to the window the boys I will say boys was so rude I never received a receipt.. I went back the boy gave me the wrong receipt and said I wanted to talk to a manager he came and acted as if it was my fault and he wanted to know what the issue was and was so rude I will never ever come back again

Staff was friendly but the food was old. The only thing relatively hot were the fries. My burger not my chicken sandwich was hot enough to melt the cheese on them.

Ordered a #6 and large with a coke. They gave my food, bag didnt have fries in it. Had to ask them for the fries, gave it to me. I opened the bag and it was a burger not chicken like I ordered, went back and they corrected it and never even said sorry or acted like they cared.

Order via mobile ordering was mostly correct, just give us a dr. Pepper instead of a lemonade but everything else was fine. But fast it was not. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to get through the drive thru.
