This office has failed to keep accountability of their work. My return was filed by Linda Brinkley. The return did not go through and currently No one is picking up my phone call and being accountable. I paid the prep fees but now no one wanted to pick my call now. If anyone from this office sees this please call me back. I’m getting hung up way too many times.

I liked the person who was working with me and the lady who invited me in the building. They both was extremely nice to us cause I had to take my son with me that day. I will be coming back next year.

Did a free one with them cause I'm disabled and don't have much. They made me mail it. I mailed it and the IRS now is asking me to verify who I am and I haven't received my tax return in 6 months and the Treasury is questioning me and lowered my credit score. Thanks HandR STEER CLEAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU PAY

The ladies here were very nice. Just be careful where you park...someone hit my car while I was inside doing my taxes. Luckily my hubby was in the car because the crazy lady that hit me tried to leave!!

My partner attempted to have our taxes done here, and it was probably the most frustrating interaction we've ever had with tax professionals. He submitted all of our materials in March, we were asked a few preliminary questions (that seemed to indicate that the tax pro had not actually read the materials we submitted), and then nothing.... Around April 15, we called several times to see what was going on, only to be told multiple times that no one knew where our tax pro was, nor when she would be back. Then we heard (after our 5th call), that our tax pro was handing our case over to someone else. Which, fine. People get sick, things happen, especially now. But then we heard nothing...It is now almost May, and we finally called in to say that we no longer want these people to do our taxes, only to be told that nothing has actually been started on our account, so we're apparently free to go.Anyway, just a really terrible experience with this branch, the one in Madison Heights (who we were briefly transferred to), and with the H&R Block help line. Off we go to TurboTax...

Robin is amazing, and comes highly reccomended! My grandmother, who was the first of my family to see Robin at Hazel Park's H\u0026R Block loved her, and so far, the rest of my family has had amazing luck with her as well. My 1 star review does not reflect Robin, it reflects Lisa; an employee at this location who not only- I believe- attempted to poach my family and I from Robin by giving us fake dates of Robins availability, but closed a location 3 hours earlier than what she told us via phone-call and what is being advertised online. As a result of Lisa closing the location early, Robin will not be receiving \"credit\" for my taxes, as they now have to be transferred to a different location. Absolutely reprehensible behavior, and unnecessarily cut-throat. I am hopeful to see Robin in the future, but if she is not with H\u0026R Block next year, I will not be returning.
