They do not let customers use their restroom even though they offer more than 20 seats in their dining room and are legally required to do so. I was told that customers make a mess so they stopped letting them use the restroom.

This is my go to Subway. It takes a while for me to make a selection, but they never make me feel I'm wasting their time. I appreciate that the chain has taken measures to cover their meats when the are not being used in preparation. A good food safety move! Bread sometimes a little too hard, but overall I still would give it 5 stars.

Wary of changes at this Subway.For the negative things about this Subway I want it known that the staff and especially the manager are exceptions. I suspect that corporate is instituting these anti-customer additions:1. A metal cover inside the plastic one "to keep things fresh" which also prevents the meats from being viewed, made, or decided on. This not only keeps us from seeing what is available, but also how it is being made. Poor choice, Subway corporate!2. No public restrooms. Really? That's the height of anti-customer.3. They mangle the spinach before they put it on the bread. When I mentioned it, he correctly said that I should have asked for my spinach not to be wrangled beforehand. He asked what else I wanted on the sandwich. I told him, but said I want them unmolested. At that point he was frustrated and asked someone else to finish my sandwich. I do not blame him at all. He was mature and dealing with what he perceived as a difficult customer. Again, corporate, I suspect that the mangling of the spinach is a savings-based effort at our expense.Hurrah for the staff at this location, and a squint eye to corporate for anti-customer moves.

First time going to this subway went through the drive through didn’t know we had to order from a screen it was difficult but I was already in the line so just tired to finish my order. I didn’t want any mayo on my sandwich because I am allergic I thought I took it off but I guess I didn’t, because it was difficult once again and when I told them that I thought I took it off and ask can my sandwich be remade over I was nice about it the lady was nice and ask me to hold on because she had to ask the manager I said ok. Once the manager came to the window I told him what was going on with my sandwich he took it and remade it I was grateful but when handed the new sandwich over to me he made a smart remark “Next time come in that would have been much easier”. If I knew what kind of drive though it was I would have went in but I didn’t know and I was already in line. So I didn’t think nothing of the smart remark until I seen my sandwich everything was cold and it was just a big block of cheese on my sandwich nothing was toasted even the meat was cold. I was so upset I didn’t give them a hard time and it was not my fault but I will not be back there again ‼️

By far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I have to say I have NEVER been skimped by Subway lol. I got the Elite Chicken bacon ranch sub, for $13 you think they’d make the sub correctly. My sub is 95% Bread / Vegetables and 5% Chicken. I have never been disappointed by any subway restaurant out of years of being a customer.. The employees should learn some customer service / manners as well no welcoming.
