While on vacation with my wife and 2 dogs we ran into vehicle troubles. I pulled in amd went and talked to the service writer about my issues and having my 2 dogs with me. They were very accommodating with us and immediately took my truck back and figured out the issue. The staff was coming out to check on us "I'm sure mainly the dogs" . It was a great experience in all. Thanks for helping us get out there quicker to find new roads!

The service representative was polite, knowledgeable about my Chevrolet Traverse, and professional! I wish all dealerships had attitude and gratitude Keewanaw Chevrolet has for their customers. I don't live in the area on a regular basis. But if I did this dealership would be my dealer. I'm considering my next Truck to buy here whether or not I am a permanent resident or not. Thank you Keewanaw Chevrolet and the service reps for the wonderful job taking care of me!

Service was knowledgeable and professional, and my car got the repairs it needed. However, it took four visits to replace the brake pads on my 2021 vehicle. A part needed to be ordered, which I fully understand, but I am upset that no one caught that on the first diagnostics appointment to spare me two extra visits. Overall, I would return because it’s the most convenient place for me to visit, but I would not recommend this place for tune-ups or minor services.

The people are great and I especially liked Erich. He’s very kind and a very good sales person! The detailing department can use some help on their used vehicles. The only reason for the 4 star! Otherwise, highly recommend!

Arthur did a fabulous job helping us with the purchase of our 2020 Silverado. Showed us all the ins and outs, chatted with us while we waited, and even gave us some Keweenaw Chevrolet Merch! We got a fair honest price for our truck and we’re very pleased. If we are in the market for another vehicle we will look here first!

I religiously bring my vehicle for service to the Chevy dealer. I am always happy with the services and the folks there take the time to be sure my concerns are addressed. Love the online scheduling feature. Most of all, I appreciate when they give me a forewarning of something that needs to be done “before winter” or whatever. I much prefer that so I can plan for it and get it scheduled at my convenience versus being stranded somewhere.I have over 150k miles on my Traverse and it still runs like a charm with no major issues and I have to come to attribute that to the good care I get from the service team. Being proactive makes a huge difference when we are relying on our vehicles for reliable and safe transportation.

This was the third time I have purchased a vehicle from Keweenaw Chev. This time my wife and I both purchased a vehicle!The service we received was fantastic!! Just about everyone we saw asked if we needed help with something! The two salesmen we worked with were very thorough, nice, polite, considerate and helpful! They made sure we got what we were looking for and made us aware of the best deal to suit our needs!Thanks to Tom in finance, Arthur, Brian salesmen, Jonathan and Brandon!!We are very happy and satisfied with our vehicles! My wife’s car was subject to a recall. The technician failed to properly close the hood and at high speed she got a warning it was not closed.More disturbing was a failure to reattach the filler hose to the gas intake. Traveling the next day(a Saturday)I could not get gas into the tank. We had enough gas to our destination but not enough to get home. The dealer after many unsuccessful tries to find us an open shop,Found one. Absent that we would be stuck until Monday. Disaster was averted.

While vacationing in Michigan UP, had an issue with 2019 Equinox. Engine light illuminated and felt/sounded like something was missing. Was at Keewenaw Chevrolet the next morning when they opened. Christine in Service checked codes, got us in with a tech right away and we were on the road within an hour. Very helpful!
