"Despite how busy this location always is, the staff manages to get through the line quickly and still keeps the quality of the drinks up to standard. If I come in with a complex order, I’m acknowledged with curiosity instead of frustration. I really like this location and the positive attitude of the team members."

"I have been here a few times and am amazed how slow the service is. Staff is friendly, but it's not quick cup of coffee. Otherwise it's your typical Starbuck's coffee shop."

"Very underwhelming experience. I can understand being understaffed and trying to train employees at the same time, but the other employees working should know what they're doing too. I can also understand being busy with an order and not coming to the register right away, but not even greeting your very obvious customers is a bit rude. Waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks to be done without anyone ahead of us, both taste terrible. Caramel frappuccino doesn't even taste like caramel at all-- have no idea how that's possible. Vanilla latte has no flavor whatsoever. I'm further reminded to not go to this location anymore, even with the convenience of being inside of another store. Dear Starbucks: please train your employees that work inside other stores properly. I feel sorry for the people working there."

"I have been going here for the last 6yrs. The staff is always so friendly! Sometimes the wait is long because they are understaffed but I always receive great service. It's great when you walk up to the counter and the barista knows what you want even if you get tongue tied. Great job! I just love Sue and Austin that work there. 😊"

"3 people behind the register. 2 of them just glared at me like I wasn't supossed to bug them. The older lady came up and just stared , assuming that was her way of saying how can I help you, I asked if I could use a target gift card to pay. she said "ya". She continued to stare. I asked if happy hour was in 5 minutes and she glared, sighed, and said "ya". Then walked away. Guess we weren't placing an order since she decided that for us. Will never go here again. This is the closest location to me, but I will gladly drive out of my way for friendly service. "
