Today I called the Hudson branch State Farm to see if there was a chance of lowering our 5 vehicle insurance rates… and by-golly.. with-in 20 minutes the team at Todd Moore’s office was able to decrease our rates by $250.00. That was a Blessing!

Todd and his staff are professional to the letter. Whenever I stop in, whether to pay a bill, discuss a claim, or look at other policy options, they address me by name. If Todd is not otherwise occupied, he will step out and engage in conversation and always offer me fresh coffee and cold drinks. The service has been impeccable.

I highly recommend checking with the office of Todd Moore State farm for your insurance needs. They know what it means to treat you right. They personally value and respect their customers. They will get you the coverage you need and they know about all the places they can save you money or get you added value. I want to give special recognition to Tanner in my review. She has greatly exceeded my expectations with timely and considerate customer service especially regarding my auto claim for hitting a deer.
