Worst pharmacy ever! I waited over 2 weeks to get me and my family prescriptions only for them to never even had transferred them, to be filled.When they are out of stock on medications they do not order them, even when you ask them to order them which you should not have to do! If you need your medications, I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. The incompetent and lack of caring is absolutely ridiculous.

They supposed to close at 9pm but they closed at 8:40 pm on Thursday 5/6/21.I talked to the man inside throw the door and he said they always closing early before the closing time.

Terrible pharmacy and customer service. The pharmacist Darine El-Turk and the two Arab female technicians are so rude and disrespectful. Darine said "if you don't like the customer service we provide, transfer your prescriptions, I don't care, complain to whoever you want" She is always angry and her voice is always high whenever she speaks. She has anger issues. She was raising her voice until everyone in the pharmacy was staring at her. She refused to give me her name but I asked Joe and got her name. The two technicians always laugh for no reason and roll their eyes. They never answer questions regarding medications and always delay them. They are all so mad that I complained about them which I will always do until the terrible customer service gets fixed. Clients need to be treated with all respect and served in a timely manner. Darine El-Turk and the two Arab female technicians are awful and need not to work in professional jobs.

Spent 10 minutes on the phone on hold. That's unexcusable, I don't care how busy you are someone could of at least picked up the phone, acknowledged me and put me on hold that would of been better than just having you wait on the phone. This ain't never happened at any of the other CVS pharmacies I've dealt with but the one in hood, y'all should know better.

This is the worse pharmacy ever. I put a prescription in for prenatal pills on 11/19/19. He told me I would have to wait until the 20th for it to go through. I said OK. I got a text on 11/23/19 stating that it was ready. I went to get them on the 24th only for them to tell me they wasn't ready. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy.

Store is always neat and clean. Easy to find products. Quick in&out never long lines Most of the time I go. Nice&Helpful employess plus I find a good sale or clearance item each time I go! Using the Xtra care card helps to when you get reward bucks. The only thing is, I wish it was a 24hour Cvs.

Customer service sucks, their the only CVs where they don't let people use the bathroom, just racist only because it's a urban neighborhood. So it has to be the managers decision. So if your waiting hours for your prescription you can't use the rest room. I guess the employees piss in a cup..
