Cheryl M. was just great! She helped me pick out outdoor furniture. My order was fairly complicated and included two different cloth patterns for the furniture and several colors on various type pillows. She had great suggestions and ideas and was very patient. My invoice is easy to read and understand, as the full description of each article is printed out. I will definitely ask for her out on my next trip to Watsons!

This is our second purchase from Watson’s and both experiences were great. They have a wide selection of options, colors and finishes. Rhonda was extremely helpful in showing us our options and height measurements. She also made it extremely easy to understand the pricing and shipping process.We already love hosting people in our backyard and can’t wait to add another Watson’s piece of furniture to our fleet.

Wow, talk about customer service! During this time they have bent over backwards to help me procure the two recliners we wanted! Matt Snyder has been fantastic to deal with as well as Jon Peerbolt! Like any other business these folks need to make money to survive but to date they have not compromised service over dollars!We have come back to them as once again great service. They carry high end spas and furniture and more! Ronda was great helping us this time.
