I am writing to express my concern about the condition of the women’s restroom during my visit to your store today. When I entered, I was shocked to find urine all over the toilet and surrounding area, as though no effort had been made to clean up. It was so excessive that it seemed deliberate, not an accident.
Considering your restrooms are not typically open to the public, it’s hard to believe this was caused by a customer. The fact that someone had to pass the men’s restroom to access the women’s makes me even more concerned that a staff member may be responsible.
To make matters worse, there were no paper towels, and the soap dispenser was unusable, sitting out of place on the counter. This is not only unpleasant but creates an unhygienic and unsafe environment for customers and employees.
I also noticed a “Now Hiring” sign in your window, but frankly, conditions like these do not reflect a workplace that values cleanliness, professionalism, or respect for women.
I strongly encourage you to address this issue immediately—both by ensuring proper restroom maintenance and by speaking with your staff about professionalism and respect in the workplace.

I made two trips to try and get a rifle if they were selling. The first time they considered it too late in the day. Second time the computer system failed when the power went out for one second. I went back a third time and because I was less than happy and having to make all these trips, they refused to sell me the gun. I have Probably bought Firearms from this company, but never again! They seem to think that it was wrong of me. To be unhappy about the fact that they are incapable of doing their jobs. They Service and manors are terrible! I’ll go someplace else even if I have to pay more. I would give them a zero if I could!

Good prices and selection of sporting merchandise. A few staff members checked up on me and made sure I could find everything I was looking for. Great shopping experience.

Shopped there on Halloween night, 2024. The staff was incredible, a bunch of young kids that really know what customer service is all about. They were friendly, super helpful and went way up and beyond to help their customer. Kuddos to the team! Dunham's in Frandor will be my first stop from now on, thanks to the the employees working there tonight.

bailey was so helpful during my visit to this store! she helped me and my son pick out the perfect baseball glove! this is my son’s first year playing baseball and i had no clue where to start. she was very helpful in explaining a lot of things to me about the sport and helped us pick out equipment that my son loves! thank you for your help bailey!
