I don't remember how and when we met Kaleb, it was a long time ago, but I know that I would choose him to be my agent, even if I had to start over. Responsible, honest, communicative, patient, very attentive to people outside. Our knowledge of the language is not good enough, but he found a solution in every situation. He never gave up on us even when we were maybe a little rude😊 We loved him as if he were a member of our family, hot recommendation 👍

Kaleb Burke did an amazing job finding us our new home in Cadillac! Very professional, courteous and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. We were a little skeptical working with a realtor over an hour away from our current home to Cadillac where we wanted to buy but he made the whole process so very smooth and easy to sign all the necessary documents. We were always kept informed every step of the way. Whole process went so smooth!!! We would highly recommend Kaleb!!!!

My Husband and I just purchased a house, and we used Jeff Burke & Associates. Kaleb was our realtor, and let me tell you, he knows what he is doing. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and quite a bit of uncertainty starting the process. Kaleb was there with explanations and expertise every step of the way. He was able to clearly articulate answers to our hundreds of questions (even the ones we didn't say out loud). The depth of Kaleb's knowledge and experience in realty shines through his work. We went from uncertain to comfortable while working with Kaleb to find a house, and then throughout the purchase process. His people skills and friendly character get the job done well. Absolutely, amazing experience with Kaleb and his team. Without him I dont think this process would have gone this smooth. From start to finish they have been there for us, to answer any questions night or day. With out a doubt I would recommend this company to anybody trying to buy a house.

We coordinated this purchase while living outside of the state, and Kaleb was always timely with information, provided us with a range of houses suiting our desired parameters, and gave us expert opinions on what to watch out for. we signed a contract with this firm under Brandon Start. He did not communicate with us by email or phone for an entire week. He showed 4 sites that had NOTHING on on wish list. I would suggest you do not work with guy. the firm may be fine but this guy is not. We already have a new realtor support that has sent us multiple sites to view that have so many of our wishlist items, terrible communication from this jeffburke realtor

Jeff and Samantha are incredible people and I would trust them with my life. I have been assisting them with their marketing efforts for 2 years, and they are my favorite clients in my 4 years of account management.
They're highly professional and personable, and after just one conversation with them, it will be clear to you how much they love what they do.
I mentioned to Jeff I was looking to buy a home in my locale (TN), and he actually knew a realtor in my area and set me up with her to begin my first time home-buying search.

My partner and I recently finished closing on our first home near Grand Rapids and Kaleb Burke was our buying agent/realtor for the process. I was recommended him from our loan agent, Max P., through Treadstone (also a great experience) and all in all the only complaint I have for the process was FlexMLS - the Realtor platform a lot of/most agencies in MI use, which had a large amount of bugs and was not a well optimized website, all of which, not the fault of Kaleb or his team. We ended up with the first house we toured funny enough, so I can't earnestly comment on the shopping experience with a Realtor, but Kaleb was incredibly helpful in the buying/closing/inspection process and he helped us through a number of odd issues, including seller concessions on foundation repairs with wildly different quotes from pros. He was even on-site more than we were negotiating with the seller and gathering info for said concessions. He had a great attitude and I greatly appreciated him explaining the process to me whenever I had questions so I could learn as much as I could and be as helpful as a client as he was an agent. I would definitely recommend him and give him a call next time I need an agent.
