Ordered 3 foam backed posters of equal size but different messages on each. The person who helped me was very helpful and knew exactly how to achieve my request. Total cost of project $180.00+.Picked it up and printing was perfect! Went to mount them only to learn they were not a uniform size and it was not cut squarely. This caused huge mounting problems trying to create a professional looking project.

I called in to this location because I need to get a drawing plotted. When I got to the location, I spoke with Jon (?) and asked for the woman that I spoke with and explained that I needed a plot made of a drawing. I was told that the woman I spoke with was on break and she was the only person that knew anything about plotting. I said no problem and I waited 45 mins. When I came back in and asked for her again another woman told me there was a misunderstanding and what I wanted was called a blueprint and there was a station I could use in the self service area. I explained to the woman that it's called a plot because it was made on a plotter. They aren't called blueprints of they are a blue print. I was obviously blown off because the woman went off to do something else. FedEx you need to educate your staff at this location better. Very disappointing. Company was better when it was Kinko's.

I visit various FedEx locations at least twice a day 3 times a week to drop packages this one is the slowest. I've literally waited 10 minutes before someone even acknowledge I was standing there and staff were behind the counter just talking. ??

If you value your time do NOT come here….I came in for a simple print job…even emailed my documents ahead of time because I needed to be in & our. None of the machines worked, and the staff was useless.Printer charged me for the job, but didn’t actually do the job. 1 hour later I finally got what I came in for. SMH

Unprofessional! I've been to this location twice over the past few years. The agents will refuse to talk let alone acknowledge a customer.Had a very poor experience on March 19, 2021. Went in and they only had one agent actually working. Two other people were clearly visible. However they were intentionally ignoring people. I finally got a response from the female that returns go to the packaging line. So I went and stood in line.The new hire agent was struggling and asking several questions about the current situation he was facing. But wasn't getting much help at all from his manager/co-workers. That was the second indication that this wasn't going to go well for me.Brandon who ultimately came to the register after roaming around the entire building finally came to the register. He barely spoke to me, not did he answer my question when I asked if he needed anything from me besides the qr code. He only stated he would need to package the item. Then asked me what the item was...the package was labeled by the manufacturer.Based upon what I witnessed with the new hire and with my current situation. They appear to not want to ship batteries of any sort. Yet there are no signs indicating this!My package albeit was an electronic device, had no batteries.He scanned a few more things. Then told me to hold on then left the register as I watched the printer print as he walked away to go to the self service section. That was RUDE!After waiting 3.minutes for him to return. He then advises me that I owe money. I look at the client facing device to see it states box. I asked why it requires me to purchase a box. He stated he had to box it. I then advised that the unit was shipped to me in a bag. Then the female who was there goes we can use a bag as she walks behind him.He then pulls a tape measure out and measures the unit and pulls out a bag. The price off a bag is now $2 less than the $5 box.Im not happy at all with this FedEx procedure/double standard. I will be complaining to the BBB not only about FedEx but this location in particular. Don't ship an item in packaging that cannot be re-used. The original packaging didn't even have a FedEx logo on it.. and it was taped to the unit itself.Seems as if though that is robbery for returns.All in all I spent 20 minutes in this location getting aggravated. I've done returns through UPS, DHL & USPS before. And have never had this many problems.

I went in there the other day and I was the the one of the two people in there. The other guy was at the printer. It was two people working the floor and was acting as if they were so busy doing other things. I was having a issue printing out my resume at the work station. When she came over to finally asst. Way too long it was very annoying

I was at this location today Wednesday, June 3, 2020. I was waiting to use the copier for over 20 minutes. There is only 2 self serve copy machines for use. While waiting three others came into the store, this is when the manager came from behind the counter to assisted!I was not pleased as to how the manager decided to serve us customers. So I brought it to her attention. She was very abrasive to me so I reacted and she asked me to leave the store. I obliged and will never return to this store.

The worker told me I’d be better off printing my prints at home which makes no sense when I’m looking for quality professional prints. I feel like he couldn’t figure out how to rectify the problem so he sent me away. I come here all the time for my business needs I will not be returning. He didn’t even try.
