I had an enjoyable experience at Fortson after being gone for a couple of years due to family crisis. Crystal, Dr. Waller, and my fantastic dental hygienist was absolutely superb and professional. The entire team asked great questions to diagnose all of my problems and made sure to schedule my next set of appointments. I always enjoy coming to this location?

The Fortson Dentistry (North) has it all!! I am a new patient and very pleased with my experience! They are a team of skilled professionals with outstanding organizational skills!
Dr. Waller listened to my concerns. She patiently explained everything in a warm caring manner. After my examination, I left confident that I was in good hands!
Gloria, performed my xray procedure with such skill! She made sure that I was comfortable before beginning her task. She was gentle and truly AMAZING!
Ashley, is the first person that I met upon my arrival. She greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely knowledgeable!
This team of professionals worked together to give me the best dental experience ever! Thank you!

I have used the Fortson dental office in Lathrup village for 2 cleanings now and have been very happy with them and the patient service I receive .They always start my appointment on time. My dental hygienist Crystal is friendly, thorough and gentle. Dr. Waller is also kind and thorough. I highly reccomend you give them a try.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional dentist offices I've been to. Arrived today for 8am appointment and both the hygienist and doctor were not there yet. The receptionist said hygienist was stuck in traffic. Waited 25 minutes before leaving and after being told "she'll do it quick when she get here so you can be out by 9am.....REALLY? So you're going to rush through my service because you're late? I understand people run late but if you know traffic is heavy in the morning, that means leave earlier so that you can ensure you're at work on time. This bothered me especially since they did the same thing after my last cleaning in August 2023. Except that time the doctor didn't arrive because she was stuck in traffic. After waiting 20 minutes, they told me I'd have to reschedule to see dentist because she was running severely behind. They clearly don't care about anyone's time but there own.

Lol this dentist office is a joke and this was my final straw. I waited the entire day for a prescription because I had a toothache. I went in at 8am and NEVER received a prescription. The doctor was not busy and could’ve sent in my prescription to my pharmacy. Common sense would’ve been to put the prescription in right when I left but I guess they lacked that. They had no sense of urgency for me, and the pain that I was in. Now if it was one of their family members, daughters or somebody, they would’ve wanted to be treated differently. They close too early which is so inconvenient. My entire family switched to a new dentist and I will be too. If I could rate it no stars I would. Half their staff left from here anyways don’t go here
