Sloppy/messy sandwich. VERY small portion of tuna. Spend your money somewhere else. (Disassembled at home to show how it was plopped on the bread and how little tuna there was)

I ordered, via the app & pick up at drive thru, a blueberry bagel & a hot chocolate. My order was accurate & hot upon receipt. I highly enjoyed my food.

Placed a wrong pick up order for this location. I called to cancel but was unable to. The manager also tried but was unsuccessful as well. We ended up going there to get it. The manager remembered us and was glad that we came in so we could meet. Although it was my mistake and I was annoyed that we had to back track a few miles. Her overall attitude was warm and kind and that really made our day. A little kindness does go a long way.... thank you!!

Food was good and the meat looked like lunch meat did not look like the other Panera Bread and smoothie was not thick very running salad was not what I ordered

Food came out fine but their drink system is nuts - sip club members have to wait at the counter for them to get a cup (which puts you behind all of the food orders) and some standard drinks aren't available in the self serve area. I just left, it wasn't worth the ridiculous wait.

The lady at the register was by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a restaurant in my life. If you want to drive all your business way keep this lady employed. If I wouldn't have been as hungry as I was I would have just walked out. My buddy also left a similar review and posted a picture of the lady in question so there is no doubt who it was. I don't want any other employees to take any fallout for one bad apple. My bagle was very good so I left a good rating for the food.

Panera Bread, must have forgotten that it's Panera Bread. The new Lathrup Village location has absolutely no personality or charm like the cold one. The food is ok, but not worth the price. The Tomato Basil Bread thankfully, is still good.

It was very crowded. This is a new location. We decided on another place. There was no quiet place to sit on a Sunday after church. We will go back.

Their food is good when they actually have it available. I ordered soufflés and bagels and only received the bagels - $49 with tip for 2 bagels. Shockingly after their complete failure to actually provide the food ordered and paid for, they don’t have any soufflés left. They get it wrong WAY more than they get it right. If I ran my business like this I would be unemployed. Do better for your customers!
