Ugh where to start? Ordered a sectional 6-15-21. Was told 6-8 weeks MAX. It’s been 3 and a half months. I’ve called numerous times to be told different anticipated dates over and over. Fast forward to now…in one day I received 3 phone calls. One to schedule delivery for 9/25 for half my sectional. one to schedule delivery for 10/1 for my whole sectional, and one to tell me my order is now on back order. Now on back order 3 and a half months later??? No one can give me an answer, I was hung up on by the last caller. I re-arranged my schedule for 9/25 which was pointless. I rearranged my schedule for 10/1 which now seems to be pointless, and still no one knows where my furniture is. At this point im wondering if I’ll ever get my furniture! They were quick to take 3k from my account back in June though! They lie to get you to purchase, then don’t deliver on ANY promised date.

Purchased furniture about 2 months ago. I was given 6-12 weeks estimated delivery date. Stopped in the store after 6 weeks to check the status of my order. My sales associate seemed annoyed that I was inquiring before the full 12 weeks had passed. No matter my question, the only answer I received was “come back after 12 weeks and check again“ I called the store for an update at 8 weeks, automated system informed me the furniture would be an additional 14-17 weeks wait time. Trying to get through to someone on the phone has been a nightmare. Tried to cancel over the phone as advised, their phone system is horrific. Once I was able to speak to a sales associate, he was admit he was unable to process a refund over the phone. Went to the actual location to cancel because I can’t wait until January 2022 to furnish my home. I’ve been standing in front of the customer service desk for about 90 mins waiting to be helped.***** Update: After a lot of hassle I ended up getting my furniture sooner than what the automated phone system stated. I do love the furniture so far. My advice is no matter what your salesperson tells you, complete all communication in person at the same location you made your purchase. Do not call or email, you will receive different information each time. This was an extremely difficult and time consuming process however I do love my new furniture.

Well the experience started out good but has turned I to a nightmare! We purchase an entryway table from them and decided the follwoinf day to cancel the order. It has now been a few weeks and we have made multiple calls to cancel the order and get our refund. It’s should not be this hard to cancel an order and it should have taken one phone call! I did like many items in the store but will not be returning due to the customer service. We are currently still waiting on our refund….

Erik was super helpful from beginning to end. With COVID causing so many delays with products, I almost felt defeated but with Erik’a help I was able to furnish my son’s room before October arrives. He is personable, pays attention and treated me like Royalty while I was there. Thanks Erik again and if I need something else, I’ll definitely be back!

I really all these reviews after making a large purchase and was so worried. Ordered in June and was told 12 weeks. Got my order in last week with no issues. Delivery people were really great and arrived as scheduled

After purchasing a couch that ended up not fitting, we had to go pick out a new couch and the service provided by the manager, Martin Coyne was above and beyond exceptional. He helped lead us to a couch that was much better suited for what we needed, than what we had previously picked out. Sandra white, store operations manager, also went above and beyond to help with delivery and making sure our order was taken care of. They made the shopping experience well worth it. Thanks again.

I have tried to call you with no response. My order has been confirmed 3 times!!. I have waited 4 months for a piece that was supposedly in stock!! LIARS!! By way of phone, text and email for the third time. You have called me everytime to confirm this order. And then no one shows up and no one can give me a response! Now it’s cancelled again . No one contacted me. I have continuously cleared my schedule out and no one arrived. I can’t keep doing this!!! This is the most terrible service I have ever had. I have even went into the store to talk to management and they complain about staff shortages!! I wish they would come and pick all the other matching pieces back up and I would do business somewhere else. Please find a more reliable and reputable furniture store. I give ppl a lot of grace but enough is enough. You have been warned!!

Haven’t purchased anything yet, but I was definitely happy with what I saw. The staff was really friendly & attentive, but not to the point of annoyance, which is highly appreciated. The store is brand new (formerly toys r us ???), and is set up very well. Nice, clean, brightly lit store. Furniture definitely seems to be high quality and quite a few things caught my eye for the future. Looking forward to making a purchase from here soon. All the furniture I sat on felt very comfortable & well-constructed. Prices seemed fair for the quality and prices (cash and financing) were readily available and near each item.

Never buy from this store. The people are nice but the delivery and items on how it was delivered was HORRIBLE! There was greasy fingerprints everywhere! Also a small backboard on the stand I had was missing! One of the shelfs was missing a back piece to support it! The TV stand came with ZERO nails to put the shelfs together! The manager even said it would void the warranty with the stand if we put our own nails in there! I seriously highly doubt they will re-emburse us for ANYTHING!

I have not yet received my furniture as it is on back order so my review is simply for the employees at Ashley Homestore. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful in a friendly and professional way. He helped me pick out a couch and chair and I didn’t feel like he was trying to push a sale on me at all which I really appreciated. I would definitely refer any of my family or friends here.

I have had pretty much the same issue that everyone else on here has had with this location/company. We ordered a couch in April, told it would take *at most* 12 weeks, that passed & now it won't all be in until December. No one contacted us about this change, either. We had to call after the original delivery date passed with no contact. Absolutely horrible customer service. The amount of times we tried calling & couldn't get through or were hung up on is ridiculous. When you are spending thousands on furniture, you deserve to at least have decent customer service to help you. I wonder if we ever would've gotten our couch, and I pray we get our refund (cancelled our order). I just saw there were people having these issues almost a year ago, and they are still happening today. Obviously, whoever the customer service group is that is responding to these reviews isn't doing anything to really fix the issues. It looks like they are replying just for the appearances and not much else. Actions really do speak louder than words. Spend your money to support a business that truly deserves it, not this one!

I would have given negative stars if there is an option.We bought a coffee table set from Auburn Hills store on 06/30/2021. We got the delivery on August 14. At the time of delivery, I found packaging totally damaged and I pointed out this to the delivery person who refused to take it back and asked me to call customer service. When I opened the box, I found out that the product with lot of scratches and dirt. I also found assembling screws missing. Interior packaging clearly showed that the product has been dismantled from somewhere and just stuffed into a mis sized Box. To my surprise , I even found out a return label inside the box that showed that this product was returned to stores by some previous buyer back in June 2021. I called up customer service immediately who told me that someone will confirm the replacement schedule. I also called up sales representative at stores who sold this product who also confirmed to give us a call back confirming the replacement . since then, I have called customer service several times just to hear same assurance of someone calling me back on replacement plan. Sales rep at your stores have since stopped answering my call. I am really frustrated with my entire experience with Ashley and would like to caution anyone interested in buying from AshleyFurniture to be ready for this frustrating journey.

What a joke… ordered a desk and it came within a week. It came and half the desk was missing… also it came damaged. I immediately called customer service to have it replaced… they said they would replace it… this was July 21st that I contacted them which was the day it came in. A month later and I’m still waiting for it to come…. I work from home a few days a week and it is such an Inconvenience….

GRIMEY SCAMMERS! This is the WORST customer service experience I've ever had! Everything you can think of that's wrong is wrong with this company. The salesman are nice, but they only use their niceness to con you into buying their products and spending your hard-earned money. If you get a warranty, they use covid as an excuse to not use it as promised. We had a mattress delivered 2 hrs ago and they won't do anything about it. It was delivered with an grease. A representative told us that they don't take mattresses back unless we send it back with the delivery men, which we were NOT informed of. Then the delivery guys told us that they would replace it, yet the company refuses after we wasted money on a warranty. The quality of the furniture is literally the ONLY positive thing, but they obviously don't care otherwise the products that were delivered today was missing a cushion and grease on the mattress. Their tracking system is also completely unreliable; no body seems to know what's going on and you have to pay guessing games. We are stuck with a $2000 mattress with no box springs or headboard, which is what we asked for and the salesman supposedly put on our order. We had to pay cash for installation after already asking and paying for it because it wasn't showing in their system. We did have a sectional on the way, but the wait time might be 3 months or more. Since we've had such TERRIBLE service with ZERO accommodations for any of this (such as refunds or store credit) , we're canceling it because we can't trust if the product will be damaged or have missing pieces since what we anyway ordered is NOT RIGHT! We had so bad customer service that this miserable money-sucking company will NOT have business from us again along with exposing their lies to others so they don't experience the same horrible experience.
