Huge disappointment, I used to work at best buy and this one doesn't do even the bare minimum. Employees are more concerned about personal conversations than helping people. I stood in the wrong kind for over 10 minutes for returns after the AP guy told me it was the right one, guy had no idea about his own store.Good luck getting anything from a cage or behind the counter, they have maybe 2 people per major department that only carry on conversations amongst themselves

I will try to stay away from any Best Buy. I have run into issues several times with my orders. No one on web chat, phone lines or store are able to help correct problems….they also seem to have no access to anything that goes wrong….its waste of time trying to contact them. In this store, the manager Kyle seemed least interested in addressing any concerns.

Ordered sonic superstars online for half off during the sale before holiday. Wrong item sent to my house. I go to store to get an exchange they dont have item at store or any other store nearby. Then instead of ordering my item for me in store they tell me to go home and spend a lifetime talking to customer service. This is not the first time this happened either. I think im done with best buy. Thanks for nothing.

I had purchased something on line and it should be delivered 2 nd day but it showed me on the app it was shipped and driver assigned but it never came to me . I called maybe ten times they were transferring me from one to another but nobody was solving the problem 4 days passed I have never received a package!I called last time and told lots of things to a person and after 10 minutes they sent me a message on the app that my package was ready to pick up!Lots of headaches my last time buying from Best buy!
