Terrible. Just terrible. The service was, to use a polite word, TERRIBLE. There was only 6 tables at 5pm and our waitress took FOREVER to do anything. I had to ask another waitress for more sauce one round and I asked our waitress for more water and she said “I’ll just bring you a pitcher” (mind you this would have been my FIRST refill and with 1 other table for our server that was too much and I needed a pitcher) and that took 10 minutes so when the other waitress came back to check on her table I said “I’m so sorry but it’s been 10 minutes since I asked for more water and I could use some please”. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were busy but from 445pm-6pm there was I’m not joking 6 tables and our waitress was in charge of 2 of them (us being one of them). When we ordered deserts our waitress again took forever but besides that my friend ordered one of the cookies desserts and our waitress said “I had someone else make it and they accidentally put chocolate on it, do you still want it?” And when my friend said “I’m sorry no I’m not a big fan of chocolate sauce” she said “are you sure you don’t want it?” And this was making my uncomfortable because she didn’t want it but she also felt bad saying no again. They didn’t even offer to remake it. Also my milkshake didn’t even come in a milkshake glass, which isn’t a big deal at all but I mean cmon at least put it in a glass when everything else wasn’t going right. Oh and their ranch is THICK THICK, I thought it was tartar sauce. And the one other table she had didn’t even get their FIRST ROUND of drinks until they got their food. The seats have “cushion” but it’s either so worn down or they took the cushion out of their seats because it was ROCK hard ? -10/10 experience. First and last time at a big boys.

Went to BB last night and tried the seafood bar. What a joke! Hot foods were not hot (we were there about 5ish; even saw at one point adjusting the food temp underneath - wonder if anyone else complained) and the one time I was there as he was filling up the cod area. I thought great, fresh, hot fish! NOT!! The 'cod' ...was it cod? And it was so heavily coated....it was gooey batter inside. The greens beans were good. Yuk, who puts cinnamon on carrots? What a waste of $20. I could not eat fish. I had greens beans, hushpuppies, pineapple and broc salad for $20.We should of left upon arrival. We walked in right behind a couple. The place wasn't a 1/3 full. We waited...the couple in front of us asked...do they not see us? After they were seated the hostess didn't say anying....just went and did other stuff. We were about to walk and she finally came up and sat us. Omg....the seat was soaking. Like the person didn't squeeze out the rag. I love Big Boy....but this was the worst experience ever! Should have gone to the Hoover location when we were deciding which to visit.Oh....and AD shows BAKED cod front and center....was NOT offered on bar.

They seem to be short staff took 10 min to get seated. Waited 35 minutes for my food and wanted to order some food to go. It took another 20 minutes to get the bill and a box. It would have taken another 35 minutes to get my to go order. I just paid my bill and left.

My husband and I were feeling peckish and popped in for a late lunch. The server was absent and we were seated by the manager. When our server, Lora, showed up she explained that she had a shoe catastrophe and needed to buy new ones. She was friendly and charismatic. Things happen. It’s not about what goes wrong, it’s about what you do to fix it. We had a great time there!

Worst experience at a restaurant large party 14 people Margaret our waitress if that's what you want to call her. Sounds like she smokes two packs a day. Forgot to put in our orders. We sat there and waited while the rest of our party ate their food. We had to call her to the table and ask her where ours was. She didn't realize she didn't bring it. It took 12 minutes for her to bring it by that time. We didn't want it and she had an attitude. She didn't know she was serving two chefs and going to get reviewed but people aren't what they used to be, especially waitresses. I tip more the 20% but she'll never find out. It's sad. Big boy. She really rework the people they have working there. She had on a dirty black t-shirt and old jeans

I love this place for a regular dine out experience. Their salad bar is always great, and breakfast bar on the weekend is a nice outing.The wait staff is friendly and good, the claw machine is the best.Sometimes the food can get cold on the buffet bars, but if you let the staff know they're quick to change it out.

The server was terrible I had 6 clients with me who either suffers from spinal cord or brain Injury. She took our order but never came back after that we got our drinks and she never came back after we got our food! I never got my food at all! She never once checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything! She had the nerve to bring the bills while they were still eating instead of asking if they were ready for there bills! She act like she didn't want to serve us because we had some people in wheelchairs and walkers and some people had helmets on there heads. All around the service was terrible but the manager was really sweet and nice but I would never bring the clients back to this location ever again!

We went for an early dinner (4pm) on a Tuesday, it took twenty minutes plus to get our waitress to take our orders, she never brought silverware, we had to get it from the host station.Also we got the soup and salad bar: it was $12.99 and had very little. No egg. No sunflower seeds. It was a mess. The only green was iceberg lettuce.Also pretty sure our waitress was high AF because we had to repeat our orders about five timesFood was bland and almost inedible.
