Worst customer service ever!!!I have been to many CVS locations, but this one is one of the worst!!!If you presented a coupon, salesperson will look at you as if you are taking money from their salary!!

Went to CVS at 13 mile and John R today in Madison Heights. The African American lady at the register, probably at her 50s or 60s didn't show good manner. I asked her one question about using my bank cards politely, she threw the question back at me and walked away. What a terrible attitude... Shame on her and it reflects on CVS.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a retail business in my entire existence as a consumer. The woman in the pharmacy drive thru was rude, needlessly difficult, showed absolutely zero compassion, and generally made an already stressful situation far worse, attempting to deny me service by insisting I was late for a scheduled appt, when in reality I was patiently waiting in their drive thru for 35 minutes.

I like CVS but just have to warn people that there's a blind spot where the CVS parking lot meets Sams club. Be careful.

Came here to take my covid test and it was pretty quick and thorough explanation from the friendly employee. Now I am just waiting for my results to come in. This test is done from the drive through. Customer service was great.

Scheduled a 12pm Covid test. Arrived at 12 noon and took my spot in the drive-thru behind 3 cars. By the time I pulled up, once I noticed the last car pulling away, it was 12:17. Gave my name and was told by the insanely rude woman at the window I was late. I told her I got in line at noon and there were cars in front. She said no, she could see from the window that I just pulled up. I told her no, I was on time and sat behind the other cars and if it’s such a big hassle for me to get the Covid test done now, going on 20 minutes after 12 since she wanted to argue about my arrival time, I will go elsewhere. Obviously the health of the community is such an insane burden to this woman (the same rude woman referenced below in another review from 6 months previous). She “guessed” she could do it, but really what did she have to do? Hand me a packet? Tough stuff for this Mensa member obviously. No, no. Didn’t want to burden her. I’ll just go elsewhere, spreading whatever germs I might have. I wasn’t about to waste one more minute facing this woman.Hilarious! So important to keep the community safe but when you try to do your part, it’s a burden.I know I arrived on time. I also know CVS has cameras facing their drive-thru and looking out their windows. I would never expect this to become an episode of CSI: Drive-Thru and have tape reviewed to prove I arrived on time; but I know I did, I know I waited patiently behind other cars, and I know she was horribly condescending and nasty. I also know I will no longer give my business to any CVS. This was enough to give this business the middle finger for good. Such a first world problem and maybe I am being a “Karen” but when it’s a worldwide pandemic, I wouldn’t expect it to be this difficult.

I tried to let my temper cool overnight but I am still angry by the way I was treated there. Long story short- I had a 4:40 Covid test appt and got in their drive thru line at 4:35. A number of cars ahead of me. At 5:30, I finally pulled up to the window to be told the nurse had left for the day. I said I had been in line for an hour and I was told I should have been there earlier. I was on time for my APPOINTMENT. What did they expect me to do? Drive over the cars in line ahead of me? They couldn't have sent a text to all the remaining appointments so we could have gone elsewhere or I don't know- send someone outside to the line of cars waiting? Why make appointments if you can't honor them?Note: made an appt with Troy Urgent Care for 12:30. The Nurse came outside to do my test at 12:30. Everyone associated with this appt was great. I was on my way in under 5 minutes. That is how it is done. Are you paying attention CVS?

Wow!!! Scheduled an appointment here for Covid test for vacation and waited in line for over an hour, why even make an appointment??? Called the pharmacy and was hung up on TWICE, can't believe the customer service these days.

My prescription was put on hold for 3 days nobody called me I showed up after 3 days they said they didn't give me a real reason I was like to figure out is that my heart medication was overlapping and they didn't want to release it so I went back the next day at 8:00 a.m. and I'm sitting here now it's 5 minutes after 8:00 no employees arrived at the store yet and I just scratched my new truck at the drive-thru because they mounted a big box on the side of the wall where you drive your car up to the window and it's low enough that I can't see it in my truck.

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Believe all the negative reviews. The older middle eastern lady at the pharmacy drive through was incredibly rude. I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy

So the night before I ordered pictures on the CVS app, everything seemed fine on the phone end. And I had gotten a confirmation email saying that my pictures were ready, even though it said it was going to be ready the next day. So I go to CVS right when they open today, and I showed them the email stating that my pictures are ready, the guy at the register was trying to argue with me, saying my pictures weren’t ready. Once he finally seen my name in the bin of pictures since my name was the first one, I got my pictures and decided to take a look in the envelope and some of the pictures in there weren’t even mine!!!!! , hopefully somebody else’s pictures don’t get mixed up!!!
