Booked a stay here for one night but decided to leave after only 8 hours when I discovered roaches crawling from behind the fridge. Unfortunately I forgot a pillow behind and when I called they said it wasn't found. So I'm just going to assume one of the staff decided to keep it.

Staff very rude! Rooms are horribl! there was shit on the toilet paper roll from the previous guesT, Nats all over the bathroo. My oldest daughter was bitten in the middle of the night by bed bugs!!!They refused to give me a refun! This is the nastiest hotel I have ever seen/stayed at before.

The ENTIRE room was disgusting!! Nothing like the pictures! Cracked plaster, and molding in the wall, and around the tub. The bed had brown stains on top of the cover as well as stains underneath, like not washed or unchanged sheets, either one is not sanitary. And now I'm in a battle to get my refund!
