Well if it's anything to do with the 12 and Van Dyke would not recommend horrible service horrible management. The band I can twelve Mile was nothing but a tremendous hassle.

Paid for the lifetime alignment. Upon receiving my truck back I noticed it still had a lot of positive camber which is the reason I took it in. I was not given the alignment report because they said the print was broken. No problem. Will you please email me the report? NO. I was told. They assured me they did the alignment and it was fine. I pointed out the obvious camber issue and the story changed. They informed me at that point they were only able to adjust toe, not camber or caster. Of course they didn’t mention that until I started using proper terminology and they knew they were busted. Still charged me full price though. I’ve never been talked down to like that from a mechanic. It’s places like this that give mechanics a bad name. If you didn’t know exactly what you want, they can sell you anything. I feel really bad for less mechanically savvy customers because they will most certainly be taken advantage of here.

Came in for a simple service. Get the run around. Had an appointment and it seemed like they just delayed actually doing anything until they were about to close. Sales gives me a long list of things that are “bad” and speak to the tech and get a completely different story. I will go elsewhere next time I need service of any nature.

My wife took her car in on may 28 2012 for front end noise and they told me was my ball joints. Waited for repairs to be done i was so amazed that there was a young lady working on cars i beleave she did my car and did great job .There also was older man working back there with her that was also getting cars in and out great job to all there. This from my wife Tammy Pins...

Be careful, bought new tires but was unaware of the hazard insurance and it wasn’t mentioned. 1000 miles later, one of my tires blew and they were not going to replace it. They will stiff you if they can.

Took my car in for ac check was told the ac compressor was bad and needed replacement cost of over 900 dollars took it to a mechanic and was fixed for 150 dollars.

I've been going to this place for years. The service was generally three or four-star service in the beginning. They had okay prices, the staff was welcoming initially, and my car was taken well care of.Over the years however, the quality of service and employees there has declined significantly. The final straw was when I purchased tires in 2020. I had already lost a lot of faith in this location, but they did give me a decent quote on tires and I decided to go with them once again, assuming partial fault on my own part because of this. I spent around $600 on some pretty decent Firestone tires. I'm very happy with the tires themselves, but two of the tires were put on backwards. I kid you not, there's only four tires on a car, and their job is to install tires, and they only got half of them correct. I couldn't believe it. Then they gave me the runaround on correcting the issue.I could only return the vehicle and have them correct the problem at a specific date and time. The attitudes quickly declined when they realized that they f'd up. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they made excuses for it. To make matters worse, when I went to pick the car back up again, one of the tires was still facing the other direction. I mean who screws this up. TWICE??? And yet they still did not own up to their mistake. I had to bring the vehicle back at a later date as it was already late in the day. Screwing me over yet again.This is after several years of them overcharging me for oil changes, declining to reset my vehicles' computer service notification, and inability to fix a chronic low tire pressure warning on my vehicle. Every time I was given a different BS excuse as to why they couldn't do something or why something was someone else's fault. I no longer trust this location to touch my vehicle. Many of the people there are incompetent, inauthentic, and arrogant. They're overall demeanor worsens as they screw up more and more. Complete opposite of what customer care should be in my opinion.I'll lastly add that I have had several conversations with their service advisors over the phone and in person about certain categories of tires and ratings of tires that they sell themselves, and more than one service advisor has been proved wrong by myself, in terms of what tires are actually winter tires and which tires are all season tires, tire ratings, and prices. Many of their employees have no clue what they are even selling. Seems very reflective of the incompetency which occurs from the technicians in the shop. My advice: Steer clear of Madison Heights Firestone complete Auto Care.

Cannot believe that this Firestone could NOT finish alignment for my car within one week!The car was dropped off for alignment on Monday upon agreement. Everyday I checked with Firestone, I was told the alignment would be done on the next day. After wait till Saturday when I really needed my car back, I went to the shop and I was told the alignment cannot be done until the next Monday! They did nothing but breaking promise and saying sorry we cannot do it. Worst shop I have ever met. Should give a ZERO STAR rating.

I drop off a car here for alignment on Monday, they do nothing until Tuesday, they said will start on Wednesday when I call them. I asked again on Wednesday afternoon, them told me will do it later and call me back the same day. But no one call me back. Same thing happen on Thursday and Friday, I walk in on Saturday morning, they told me they can’t do it today. Great and fast service I even see!

My sister in law's Tahoe had a broken stabilizer bar. The guys at Firestone repaired it in a day or two. She was satisfied with their work

Made appointment to swap winter tires onto my vehicle. Explained that I have my own tires to bring in. No problem! They set me up with an appointment and gave me a quote for the service.They chose to wait until I arrived for the appointment to explain that it's against company policy to put tires on a vehicle unless they were bought from Firestone. Would've been helpful to know in advance of setting up the appointment.1 star is a generous rating. 0 stars would seem appropriate for misinforming their customer and doing 0 work.
