Been a customer at this particular location for years. Never had any issue. The staff are fantastic. They're all personable, sincere and quite knowledgeable, even if you're there with questions (not purchasing anything). I recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a phone without any hassle. They're friendly, genuine and happy to serve you as a customer.

Andrew at this business is sensational! I walked in and had multiple problems with my phone. While I was there a very nasty lady accosted both him and myself. Andrew handled it with such professionalism and went out of his way to help me. This man is a 5 star employee!

I walked in very near closing to have a new phone activated. Andrew and Omar were very laid back and inviting even though they potentially could have had to stay late for my transaction. Andrew was super knowledgeable and the whole process was very quick. This is my new Metro by T-Mobile!

Just another scam hut that sells used and refurbished phones as new along with the cheapest of China made sub $1.00 phone cases for 20-30 dollars a piece, as well as whatever other cheaply made Chinese copies of good accessories exist which they market and price as being the real Mccoy. If you MUST have metro pcs, you might as well find a location out in the boonies because that's the only place you'll find a franchise owner who doesn't engage in dirty scammer tactics as habibi isn't capable of understanding that providing a trustworthy, reliable service will net them far more than being dirty scammers who always try to get over on people. I get that these places exist ( as with the likes of corner car lots and gas stations that sell " smoking accessories " ) to get over on those who aren't capable of higher thought processing ( hence the overabundance of such outlets in the hood ), but outside of the hood there are FAR more people who can see it for what it is, which is why they largely choose to go with reputable providers instead of the likes of metro pcs. Really though, the only thing a mentally competent person stands to gain from taking a chance on the likes of metro pcs is a lesson learned. They will learn said lesson and move on to a reputable provider while those who the company really exists for will continue being taken for everything the scamming franchisers can get, incapable of recognizing reality and instead worrying about infinitely more trivial things like getting their 10 am deuce deuces or getting the latest pair of sweatshop special Nikes.
