I'm giving one star instead of zero stars because the younger clerk did replace the batteries to my key fob for me, other than that... the older white Grey haired man was clearly a racist. I walked in and walked up to the register. Just as another customer did. The younger clerk helped the other customer search for an item down the isle way. The old white man with the grey hair, just stood there looking around at the ceiling as to avoid eye contact with me. After about 40-45 seconds of this, i asked can they replace my key fob. Again refusing to look at me, saying i can't but maybe the other clerk can. Which he did. Not going there again!

I entered the store on June 26th around 8am. The older woman with the ponytail was sitting outside smoking then she came in after I entered. I asked for the 12v adapters. She told me isle 3. I then asked, "would you happen to have...." She then cut me off with, "what we have is out there." She didn't know what I was about to ask. I simply walked out.

I never thought I could be treated so bad from an auto parts store. The service here is terrible, I walked in and stood at the counter for at least 8 minutes, two employees looked at me as I tried to get their attention and both just turned their heads like I wasn't even there, I was taught not to spend my money where I'm not wanted and I think others should follow that advice.

Very bad customer service, you can’t treat a customer like that. The two guys one old and one young. I just came to buy some headlights and I wasn’t sure which one was , the young one said to the old one nobody can change a headlight this day y was yelling at me. Today Sunday April 23- 23. 4:40 pm This kind of people shouldn’t be working in places with customers service. If I can give a 1/4 I would give it to them.

I only went for an engine check read. The guy who came out was very nice. He explained what each thing that popped up was. Also, I like his response when we heard someone behind us say move out the way, old lady. Fortunately, it was just one older guy talking to another joking as they walked into the auto zone. Anyway, the point is we both turned to look, and he was ready to respond and help if needed. Which I have to say is very nice. Good experience. Good Service. If I actually needed something for my vehicle and was over that way, I would definitely go there.

Walked into the store at 12 and dequinder at 7:55. Right away an employee said some snide remark to another employee about me walking in and then closing soon. I thought they were open later. I was getting a light bulb and a bolt. Instead of asking if I need help he was being rude and rushing me. Got the light bulb but not the bolt. I’ll get the bolt from auto zone tomorrow. Just down the street. And anything else I ever need too. Same guy is always a db.

I usually go to AutoZone for no particular reason besides they seem to be more conveniently located for me. Well, one day I was out and about and remembered I needed a new headlight bulb for my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee as one of mine had burned out. So I googled "auto parts near me" which directed me to this here Oh Oh O'Reilly. When I attempted to put in the new headlight bulb it wasn't going in, much to my frustration. I couldn't understand it til I went back to check the old one I had just pulled out. The clerk at O'Reilly had sold me the wrong model number! And after ripping open the package and eventually getting my greasy fingers in contact with the bulb in my ill fated attempt to install it - a big no no as you're not supposed to touch the bulb itself but I was trying my damndest to wrangle it into place - it seemed like I shouldn't even bother to return it. Well that and with the drive out to Madison Heights the price was just a bit below the threshold of it being worthwhile. Apparently there's a Portlandia sketch about this phenomenon. I ended up telling the story at AutoZone where we had a good laugh at O'Reilly's expense - and where I walked in with the old bulb to make sure I got the correct model this time. That's my only experience at this O'Reilly, where I was sold a headlight bulb that was just one number off - a 9005 instead of a 9006. Am I so petty as to let this lead me to leaving them a one star review on Yelp? You're goddamned right I am!
