I had an absolutely terrible experience last week when I went to get my antifreeze changed. It was recommended I get it done before winter, so I stopped in after work. Johnny and Moe did the job, and I left... within minutes, my engine light was on and a message said my car was overheating. By the time I made it back (3/4 of a mile), the antifreeze was bubbling and my engine was shaking. One of the techs called the owner--the machine they used was broken (apparently, someone knew this because they never went to check the machine, it was said over the phone in a very short conversation) and pumped air into my engine. They were able to get some of it out, the light went off. They acted like they were doing be a favor by giving me a refund. The next morning, my heat wasn't properly working. It would heat up when the car was moving, but when I stopped / was idle, it would start blowing cold air. I called and they sent me to another mechanic (someone the owner knows), and he worked on my car for over an hour... there was a bunch of air still in my engine. I thought the issue was resolved, but today... back to the cold air when my car was idle. Prior to going to Quick and Easy Oil Change, I'd NEVER had this problem. Something routine has caused a complete headache (and potentially very costly repairs) simply because they didn't bother to maintain their machines.

I was there this morning there’s 2 employees seating on their car outside didn’t see me after after a minute waiting finally they open the door let me get in, one with a cap my third time I seen him here and always gave me attitude, so I told to put the 3k oil, he told no last time you put fully synthetic with attitude, then I asked what’s the price for that he told me $69, then I told him ok go ahead do it, than the other person came and told me total 86 !!! after he finished the guy with cap came to take a payment then I told him next time give the final price for your customer imagine if i don’t have enough money with me, he said if you don’t like it don’t come back here!! I asked for his name didn’t answer then I told him can I talk to the owner he said that he’s the owner of course I don’t believe him cuz 5 months ago I went there he was outside he told I’m not opening cuz the owner scheduled me by myself and I can’t do that. Guys if this person continue to run this location you close the door soon. And of course I will never go back there.

I was in and out in about 10 minutes and you can't beat the price. Sam and Johnnie were very friendly and helpful too.

didn't even get to the car wash portion because the vacuums instead of sucking the dirt from my car actually spit more dirt and rocks out.. didn't even want to waste my time on the car wash since they don't even take care of the vacuums... could only imagine the wash part but I'd rather not have my car damaged...

Johnny and Moe seemed upset that I came in and said “it’s too hot outside and oil could burn them”. I told them I could come back another day and Johnny had attitude and said “you’re here already”.Johnny never checked my fluids or air filter.When I got home I found Moe never changed my oil filter. I’ve been here before when owner is here and had good service. His workers are not taking care of his customers when he is not there.Service: Oil change

Johnny&Moe acted like they were mad that I came in and said "I picked a bad time to come because it's hot outside and the oil would be too hot".I told them I could come back another day and they said,"you're already here" with attitude. Johnny never checked any of my fluids and when I got home I found that Moe never changed my oil filter.Usually the owner is there when I've gone in and the service is good.I should have listened to my instincts and driven away.

I asked how much for high mileage oil change a few times and I was told $59.99 but really it was $74 with fees and taxes. I feel they weren’t being up front with the price, I won’t be back.

Johnie and his team were amazing! They were quick, efficient, and friendly! Their pricing definitely beats your typical oil change places-I highly recommend this family owned company over any corporate oil change place. My kids were with me and Johnie had suckers for both of them, so needless to say my kids are excited to go back for our next oil change as well!Service: Oil change

Got surprised by my check oil light and was very concerned about it. Took it to Corey and he explained to me why my oil was low early and a cost effective alternative. This was my first visit to this location. Johnnie greeted me immediately and right when he ask for my mileage he shared with me that I do not need an oil change this soon on my new 2023 vehicle. He educated me on why and I very much appreciated it! Johnnie is an awesome person! I will definitely go see him when I actually need my oil changed! Great experience!Service: Oil change

Went in to get my oil change. Corey was very polite and professional. He even let me know about some issues he noticed while he was draining the oil. He was upfront about the price. When I left, I received a coupon for a free car wash and a punch card for the next time I come in. Service was quick and easy.
