Typically, I like this place to be honest. Specially, they keep updating everything over time, which is great. But many times, specially yesterday there were no any carts ? available in the respective destination, however there were a staff member who were supposed to help people. But as you can see in the picture, all the people had to walk over the parking lots, and find a carts by themselves and get into store. It was very surprising that they were just watching there by standing up, and did not even bother to ask anybody if they need help or anything!Wow! Amazing!

The pros: shorter gas lines than Costco and usually the same price or maybe one to two cents per gallon less at Sam's. More product depth (SKUs) than Costco. The house brand dishwasher pacs are amazing, priced much lower than the name brands and actually work better. The cons: often higher prices on identical or similar items compared with Costco and BJ's. Upon exit, employees want to re-scan every item in the shopping cart to compare with the receipt, much less efficient than Costco and BJ's. The restrooms are often filthy.

Amazing experience 10 minutes before I arrived the order for pick up. I placed 2 days prior was canceled via text message when I arrived and I explained the situation they said. The money in limbo and I'm not able to get another one because they ran out of the item and the other lady that ordered the other item or the last item actually canceled her order i either pay for another one out of pocket or walk out empty handed till my "held" money is refunded i tried to save time by ordering a curbside pick up ended up wasting time and moneyMy experience was completely handled properly in the best way possible.

Last week at about 9:30 am close to 10 this greeter stopped & asked to see my membership card but did not stop other customers that walked past me. When I was walking out he didn't stop any customers.

On Saturday 1/26 I went to Sam’s Club at 7:25. The sign said it open for plus members the store opens at 7:00 am I was there at 7:25 am. The women that was there this morning is the most rudest and the most ignorant women I ever came in contact with. I am switching to Costco. One they all have poor customer service and is poor representation to Sam’s Club. This was at the 8 mile store. The one with the red curly wig on had the nerve to tell me I should read. One I can read. The other one the brown wig came out to smoke her a cigarette. I could have been a undercover boss, customer service is very important to keep your customers

Awful customer services desk. They only put one person on staff here. Line is always 6 or more people long. Plan at least 25 minutes waiting time before you get to desk. Staff aren't bad it's just not staffed properly.

Costco is way better when it comes to service. I cancelled my membership here today. Deals don’t exist here, food is barely eatable & If your a driver for roadie ups or spark, this store will let orders stay in there system letting driver scome there, park in assigned parking & will say order doesn’t exist when showing them their logo in the app. When asking a manager like Jacob what’s goin on with this order he’ll reply your not goin to talk to me like that when asking a VALID question smh which was icing on the cake for me to cancel them!!
