Is there a rating less than one? Over 3 hours between store and customer service for new phone and case. Still need to do 2 phones and a simm card for another they didn't tell me about. Not impressed at all.

I would recommend T-Mobile but they need better training in the stores. Getting a lot of run around just for a sim tray is not right, a month later they decide to order a new phone.

Came here to upgrade my phone to the new Samsung and had a pleasant experience with Kris. I knew exactly what I wanted and how it worked as I have done this before at other t-mobile stores. The upgrade and switch didn't take too long and I left with my phone. Took a star off because I had to come back 10 minutes later because my phone wouldn't make calls which I should have checked before I left but the issue was resolved very quickly. Would come back again the next time I'm looking to upgrade.

Went to store yesterday to pay my bill at the kiosk I’m looking for the option to pay by credit and the machine had to be rebooted. While I’m standing it’s a female employee there asking her coworker to take off there mask so they can take selfie’s. I had there discussion about a taco carry out so I was there longer than a couple minutes to the kiosk to reboot. No one ask could they help until I reached out for help. Someone pulled into the parking lot and I heard this same female say this customer bet not come through this door. The bottom line this store is unprofessional.

This company as a whole and this store specifically are great if you enjoy poorly trained staff. Or maybe staff that have been trained really well in how to be evasive, incompetent, and frustrating unless you're shelling out hundreds of dollars. Do yourself a solid and find a carrier that won't charge you a 5G price for a 2G performance.

Tried getting my phone replacement started here kast week before the thing completely stopped charging altogether. Was ignored by the staff fir half an hiur before being handed a business card and shoved out the door. Customers were not wearing masks. Had to go back to get the phone replacement finalized and there is literally not a single person in the store. Turns out (after talking to a T-Mobile employee at another location) the entire staff has Covid and the store is closed for 3 weeks. Who would have thought?

Never waited on at the store in a year in a year and a half. always get stuck with a manager Chris. This guy also doesn't believe in helping the handicapped or disabled people I would highly recommend not going to The store or any doings of business at this place. I was told by upper management they would help me. What's my 2nd time down at thestore today he promised me he would help me. My friend went with me and I have photos of him at the store Brand new phone I just got. It's not working either. The only reason why it's getting a one star is because I probably wouldn't be able to post this on the Internet or wherever it's going.

My phone crashed and I’m so glad I came here instead of going through Apple! Great customer service, they told me how long it was going to be (Only 30 min) so I didn’t have to stand around inside the store. When I came back the tech that gave me my loner phone was super nice and offered to explain everything about it to me. I could just tell she’s very good at dealing with frustrated people. They literally lock the doors when they get to capacity and there are hand sanitizers and wipes everywhere, and no one wearing their mask under their nose. I was very comfortable and I definitely recommend!

Worst experience I have had with this company. I bought a new smart watch. The watch was a standalone product but would not make calls. After several days with tech support on the phone, they, tech support, made an appointment for me at this store to try to resolve the issue with a tech person. I arrived on time and was stopped at the door by a salesman who wanted to see the watch and have me explain to him what the issue was, after his diagnosis he said I could not see a tech person and that they would not help to try to resolve this issue. He stated that he thought the phone was not Sprint compatible (it was verified by sprint phone techs) and that I should get Verizon.

Worst service ever!!! Jeff is by far the worst store manager!!! Hurts peoples feelings and has no respect!!! I wish I can give a a Zero! Very rude!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order for an ipad so my son could do some school work online. Was told my identity needed to be verified in store. Now because of covid19 most stores are closed. I had to travel 30 minutes to this location. I did not know they were allowing only a certain amount of customers inside at one time. I go in, no one greeted me, so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I approached this curly/wavy hair woman and asked if I should wait outside since I had no idea and she was THE most rude employee I had EVER encountered. The way she spoke to me like I was a child, in front of the customers who were there and the other employees, she completely humiliated me. I am livid and will not be back to this store as long as that person is working there. They locked the doors and as I was leaving she told me I couldn't touch the door. The employee had to open it for me. I don't care if we are in a pandemic and I don't care if you don't want to work, you DO NOT TREAT customers this way. I didn't know I needed to bring in a hard copy of my bill so I ened up not being able to verify. I cancelled my order online and bought the ipad from elsewhere. Because of this awful, rude employee, Sprint lost me as a customer. Will not be back to this location if I ever consider Sprint again. Just plain awful!

Very rude staff the person on the phone had an attitude And would not even help during this crisis. I would not recommend going to this store. I even asked for his name and he would not give me his name.

Would give zero stars if I could. Everyone is oh so friendly in the store. Then you get the first bill and there are so many things added that you never authorized, added lines are actually double what was promised. Good luck getting customer service to help you after that- just excuses and explanations that should have been clear to begin with. I don't care if we have to pay double somewhere else, I am done with Sprint. They are criminals.
