Horribly slow. No matter how many people are in line, they move like turtles. They told me to come after 15 minutes and wait, and they told me to wait another hour. There aren't even many people waiting.

Do not go here completely rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist has no idea what she is talking about and should not be working in the medical field.

Literally the rudest people. They charged me twice regardless of me telling them not to charge my card because I’d already paid (It was a pick up order). They acted like I was ridiculous for being upset that no one would help me get my money back. Just go to another location. I didn’t trusted the low stars but god everyone complaining is right unfortunately. They make you feel annoying for wanting to shop there.

Contrary to what all these Karen’s are saying on here, this is a fine Walgreens. I never have to wait too long in line, or to get my prescriptions. Only thing I’d say needs improvement is keeping items stocked regularly and variety of items.

I took the flu shot after waiting an hour to get flu shot at this pharmacy two months ago, and this is the third time that I got the flu since I got the shot , knowing that every time I take the flu shot from my specialist doctor, I never get the flu for up to a year, but this time I was in a hurry, so I took my flu shot at this pharmacy, but what kind of flu shot is this ? What do they give to people, or was the vaccine expired?

Walgreens pharmacy has definitely stepped it up!!! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. My fiancé had been in so much pain and need help immediately. They sacrificed their break to help me along with helping get a discount on the amount for the script. They saved me $21, and so kind and genuinely nice!! Carmella and Sharon thank you ladies!!!!

First, it is impossible to get someone on the phone. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to use the automated service. Script is still in process from a week ago. It is a simple transfer from another pharmacy. Giving up on them at this point. Thank God it's not a heart medication ?

Update: Almost a month later and I still never got my COVID results (I have been tested since then). Called 4 separate times in a span of 14 days, sitting on hold 30+ minutes each time and never could get through. Called MDHHS after hearing I was not the only person this happened to and reported this Walgreens.Been sitting in line for almost 2 hours for a COVID test that was scheduled at 12:45pm. Can't get ahead of anyone in the pharmacy. Sat on hold for a half hour with 3 callers ahead of me, finally gave up. Line didn't move for 45 minutes only to find out that the staff went on lunch at 1:30pm until 2pm. Called again after waiting an hour and a half and still had 3 callers ahead of me. Horrible service.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. There's always some sort of problem. They are constantly not filling my prescriptions unless I call and request that I do actually want to get the prescription. Okay? So when my doctor sends in the prescription, y'all decide that you just won't fill it? Weird. The first time I went there, the pharmacist refused to come near the register when I was standing and decided she need to stand at a computer 15ft away. I wanted to know how much the prescription would cost. My insurance just switched so I wanted to determine which pharmacy is the least expensive. I also had a prescription savings card that she just could not understand. I tried to explain it to her, she kept telling me I was wrong. I would ask her questions, she refused to answer. I asked her the price difference between a 30 day supply and a 90 day supply, she would tell me that my insurance might not cover that (which I knew wasn't true). I just wanted to know the cost. But she just would not answer. Ridiculous. The medication I take is very expensive. Without fail, every single time, the person helping me grills me about the cost. And I would appreciate that if they were asking in way that was like "I just want to make sure you are aware of the cost...?" But instead it's a whole bunch of attitude about how "don't actually need us to fill this because it's way too expensive". I know it's expensive. I need it. What am I supposed to do? If you were kindly asking out of concern or trying to let me know to make sure I knew, that would be great. But giving me attitude? Please stop. I'm not thrilled about the price either. At least be nice about it???? If you can, avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I understand staffing shortages as almost every business around is experiencing the same shortages. What I do not understand is how rude this pharmacy staff is. I had my prescription sent over from my primary doctor at 3pm, I called to check on an update of when it will be ready around 4pm and they claimed they never received it. Contacted my doctor again and she called it in again at 4:30. I called around 5:30, was placed on hold for 24 minutes-when they finally answered I was told very quickly without any time to respond, "We are very busy, please hold." And was hung up on. Now I had been running a fever for the past 24-48 hours so I was extremely upset. So I had my roommate and my sister call, at the same time as me. I also asked my partner to stop there on the way home to try and figure things out, after what transpired I told him it was no longer necessary... Myself and my roommate had the same issue happen again, my sister finally got thru. She very sternly explained she also works in the medical field and knows how hard it can be but that I had been waiting to receive this medication all day and it was past 6:30 at this point. The pharmacist finally looked into it and said there was nothing in their voicemails and nothing sent over for me. After 4 hours of back and forth with Walgreens Pharmacy we had enough. We were able to contact my primary doctor and have my prescriptions sent over to CVS pharmacy across the street. What do you know, they received it right away!!! While unfortunately at this point it was 15 minutes until the pharmacy closed so my prescription would not be ready but I was able to pick up my prescription almost as soon as they opened the next day. I've never been one to write a review this detailed, let alone in general. But at this point Walgreens has lost 4 long term customers. We will no longer support this location by any means and we will make sure anyone using this location for their pharmacy is made aware that they clearly are too understaffed to take care of their customers. Please use CVS for any pharmaceutical needs in the future. I can't say the same for all Walgreens locations but this one should not be used, especially if you need any type of medication filled day of.

I haven’t filled a script in over 3 months here after I was one of the first 10 people to report the terribleness of this location.I’ve received calls a few times a week from them - automated about a new service they’re offering to fill all my prescriptions at once so I just pick them up at once - my phone id says it’s potential spam - how about that! I don’t know why they keep calling me but I’ve finally just blocked their number. I will never come back and have not come back since many months ago. LEAVE ME ALONE!

EVERY MONTH I WAIT OVER AN HOUR OR MORE TO GET MY SCRIPT AT THE WINDOW OR INSIDE. PEOPLE HAVE TO GO TO WORK AND THE HOURS HERE ARE ONLY 9-6PM! THIS IS THE WORSE WALGREENS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! THEY SEEN I MOVED AND CAME FROM MT. CLEMENS AND HD THE NERVE TO TALK BAD ABOUT THEM! At least I was in and out in a decent amount of time!

The store is very short staffed and unable to provide service in a positive manner. I paid for a product and didn’t receive it in my bag. When I called back the other cashier said they were busy with customers and I should call back. Because I had an appointment, I am unable to return to the store now. How do I know the product will be there waiting for me tomorrow. I have seen multiple complaints recently about the pharmacy on Neighborhood. Today there was drive thru only with 3 cars in line.

Single-handedly the most terrible and unprofessional service ever offered from Walgreens pharmacy. Had been going to Sam Pharmacy over 7 years this past year extremely rude managers and going on for months now only two or three people working in the pharmacy. The walk up option in the lobby is closed you must sit in your vehicle and what has been consistently an hour to an hour and a half long wait in your car absolutely disgusting that Walgreens being a big giant store would allow this to continue to happen disgusting service
