Worst Walgreens around! The Pharmacy is ALWAYS RUNNING LATE IN FILLING SCRIPTS EVEN AFTER I GET ALERTS THAT MY MEDS ARE READY. Pickup lines that wrap around the building, pickup lines inside that exceed 20 people waiting. Go elsewhere!

I came into get my photos which where suppose to be ready by 3:10 pm and I got there and she said I wouldn't be able to get them today. So then I told her I needed them because I was working on something that day. She looked for my photos so I could get them to find out they have not been printed yet and looked like she was a manager and had a little bit of attitude the whole time why my photos where printing.

Today is the 3rd day of my husband trying to get prescriptions. First day they were not ready. Second day he received a phone call saying they were ready, only to be told they don't control the automated calls sorry there not ready again. Today he went to urgent care and got another prescription, he went inside because he noticed the drive-thru line was long. He was then told no one is allowed to pick up prescriptions inside the store, so he needed to get back in his car and wait. The line is wrapped around the building and he has currently been waiting 2 hours for his prescription. That is absolutely upsurd and unacceptable. We will be contacting corporate offices.

My husband has been trying for days to get his scripts. We have been going to this Walgreens for years, however lately it's been horrible. I understand the staffing shortages, however after waiting 50 minutes and a phone call to a different location the manager at this location told my husband "if you really want to help, apply for a job here" that's no way to treat customers. We will be taking our business somewhere else.

This is my 4 time in line to try to pick up the same 2 prescriptions They don't have enough employees so they aren't open inside. I've been sitting in line for 50 minutes and there's still 7 cars in front of me. I'm only giving them one star because I can give them zero stars! This is BS.

I was trying to get my son's seizure medication filled from the other Walgreens we used to live by. A year they keep filling at the wrong location. I sat on hold with this Walgreens for 50min. I drove home from work in a Dr office downriver, changed, drove to the actual pharmacy location all while on hold. In line at this location in person and they hung up the call after waiting 50 mins. I will not be using Walgreens at all going forward and would recommend not use this location at all.

My wife had a vaccination appointment for 230 on oct 16 2021. We showed up on time and waited in line for a half an hour before we could even check-in. The manager on duty refused to help ring people up in pharmacy and claimed that she wasn't able to do that. I worked at Walgreens for a number of years. And the MOD is allowed to ring people up in the pharmacy. When I confronted her about this she just went back and hid in the office. Why are there vaccination appointment if you can't even check-in on time? Why is the manager refusing to help ring up customers? There was 5 people working in the store at the time that I could see.

CLOSED again at 2:30 in the afternoon?? This is the third time in recent months. No explanation besides a hand scrawled sign taped to the door. Was there a zombie apocalypse, maybe I went to the store from Clerks by accident??

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. I have no choice but to fill my script somewhere else. Always something: my doctor sends in a script and they don't fill it even tho im coming in days later and then I have to wait. Right now it's 4pm on a Thursday and I just got put on hold for a meal break after being on hold for an hour and a half already. Meal breaks are at 2:30!!! I have to complain to corporate!!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! It ALWAYS takes hours for prescriptions to be filled. Nothing worse than having your child sick needing meds and it takes hours to get it.

I had a script called in on Tuesday at 12:30, I called them at 1:30 they said it would be ready by 6:00, I called at 6 and they said tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3:00. I called on Wednesday at 5:30 - 2 hours and 30 minutes past the time they said and now it is supposed to be today (Thursday) at 11:00, i called at 11 and they said within the hour, I showed up at 12:38 (38 minutes past the time given) and it was not ready… I finally got it at 12:45. This is ridiculous to wait 3 days for a script. I don’t think I’ll be refilling here again.

I called in to have a prescription transferred over. They asked if I needed it today--I said "I'm not going to die or anything, but shouldn't miss doses." They said that they would fill it as soon as possible and that I would be texted when it was filled. I called back 24hrs later as I had heard nothing; they had not called the pharmacy that they said they would and had not begun to work on the process.This was a 7-day emergency med fill as I was stuck out of town without medication.
