Every staff member here is great with the exception of one person. A middle-aged woman pharmacist. She was working yesterday, 8/23/24, during the day. She is, and has always been, rude, confrontational, unprofessional, and I would say harmful. Harmful because, more than once, she has refused to fill or refilled the prescription wrong for my insulin. We're not talking about aspirin here-insulin is a life-prolonging medication that must be administered daily! Again, the entire rest of the staff is wonderful. But I have to take my business elsewhere because of her.

I love this Rite Aid. They always greet me with a smile and by name. They go out of their way to help me with any of my questions or needs. They are a great bunch!

This pharmacy is a joke. We get the same meds at the same time every month and every month it is the same thing. Oh we had to order 1-3 of these meds. If the pharmacist isn’t changing the way we get the meds ( we normally get prepackaged single dose cups for one, he changes it to a bulk bottle) we are told that meds are ordered for next day arrival. Go back twoDays later, as we were busy next day, and what do you know, still on order. Why would you tell Me on a Wednesday, that meds willArrive on Thursday but on Saturday they are still on order? If it weren’t for the next closest big name pharmacy being 30-40Minutes away, I’d change pharmacies. My insurance won’t work with the other pharmacy in town so we are stuck using rite aid and they are terrible

The Pharmacist here is rude and uninformed(I dont know her name but she is a middle aged Indian women). I booked an appointment for my child to update a couple vaccines including the Meningiococcal Conjugate vaccine and his Hepatitis A vaccine. I looked online prior to booking the appointment to see what vaccines they offered. I was slightly confused so even called the rite aid on their website to clarify what they offer. They did say they offer the meningococcal conjugate vaccine for 11-12 year old children. So I went ahead and booked an appointment. When I arrived the women pharmacist behind the counter was very rude. She just stated that my son wasn't eligible for the Meningitis vaccine without even clarifying which vaccine was needed. I can understand if they didn't have the correct vaccine, but she didn't even attempt to clarify which vaccine he needed and just said he wasn't eligible. She then said she could look to see if any other stores offered the vaccine. She asked my sons birthday again. She typed it into the computer. Just said "NO!" and walked away. I wasn't sure what she meant, and so stood there for a few minutes confused. She then looked me in the eyes and rudely said "Do you need anything else?"I also had an appointment to get the Hepatitis A vaccine and she didn't even offer this even though they said they had it.I can say that it was one of the most unprofessional and rude interactions I had ever had in a place of buisness. I am shocked that a professional could even act this way. Some people are obviously just raised wrong without proper manners.I drove down the road to the Rite Aid in Imlay City and spoke to the wonderful male pharmacist that works in that location. I discussed with him the vaccine I needed and he knew immediately which one it was and they even had one in stock. I was able then to get my son both vaccines from a knowledgeable and professional pharmacist. If you want a professional and knowledgeable provider it's worth driving the extra few minutes to imlay city. I will never use the pharmacy in marlette again.

Forgot my card to pay, called my husband to have him read the card to me which they didn’t allow. He drove 20 mins there to get what I needed, to have them say they have to type the numbers in because their machine wasn’t working.

Why do they allow a drunk pharmacy tech who wreaks of beer to handle prescriptions?

Love the staff and convince of rite aid in our small town. Can't. Believe they're still making employees mask up when CDC even says it's a choice now. No one in this small town is forcing people to wear a bacteria rag over their face unless you want to. Sucks to see them being political instead of seeing happy faces greet you when you walk in.

Exceptional service, pharmacy technicians are choice A+. Hometown values , they always have time to explain. In a world full of sickness they spread the light on dark times. Thank you very much.

Not a single person knows what they’re doing at this location. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
