I went to go get an oil change, within the day my check engine light came on. When I looked, I saw a part of my evap system had been broke during the oil change. This is something that can easily happen when placing the cover back on my model of car. Called 30 minutes before close. Was told to come in and when I arrived they already had the part on the way. They had it replaced and me back on the road before they closed for the day with no arguments and an apology. I appreciated how easy it was and felt very supported. Would definitely continue to go back!

Best oil change service I have ever received! Friendly, fast, helpful, and thorough. Made sure I got the right oil put in my car (learned my old go-to place hadn’t been very honest with me). Physically pulled out my engine air filter to show me it was in dire need of replacing- something no other place had ever taken the time to explain. I had new wipers sitting in my trunk for months as I couldn’t figure out how to put them on (not a car gal, clearly) and they offered to put them on for me. Finding a new service place, in a new town, as a woman, can be a bit daunting- but my experience here beyond reassured me I went to the right one. Cannot recommend enough!Service: Oil change

i am on a vacation to marquette and it appeared to me i completely forgot to get my oil change before my trip and I came here as a walk in,no appointment. They were super handy explaining everything i needed to know while also being extremely fast getting my oil change done in no more than 10 minutes. The woman who wrote up my service was unbelievably rude and impatient. She did not ask but told me the oil they would put in. The price she quoted me was twice what I had paid 6 months earlier. But more than this, her attitude was angry, unhappy. I felt like I had done something wrong just by pulling in. It’s too bad. I used to like this place.Service: Oil change

Got all my fluids changed and 2 days later my transfer case conveniently quit working. A month later I noticed oil dripping so I brought it back cuz it looks like it was coming out of the oil filter. The guy at the Harvey location told me the oil filter was tight and it was my rear main leaking. I brought it to the Marquette location and told him it was dripping oil from the oil filter they told me my rear main was bad as well. I set up an appointment at a shop to get the rear main replaced and he was able to fix it with an oil change because the filter was loose. I called to try and get a refund and they wouldn't even refund me. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

Have used this shop several times for oil changes coming to and leaving town for my daughter at NMU. Today they did me a huge favor, outside the norm and got me squared away quickly. Always friendly and always quick. Really appreciate these folks.

Prices for Synthetic is a little high, but it's quick and fairly friendly service. Been going here for about 5 years, and have never had a problem.

Speedy results and nice ppl. It was also nice the guy was very vocal so you could understand him and not keep having to hear a guy mumble over and over and you say " what" 50 times before you leave

Called for my stepson who needed his headlight replace and it was hard for him to reach, they said they could swap it, drive over on his break from work, after $25 and about 15 minutes it was all handled and working again!

I was visiting Marquette from downstate and needed an oil change. This place was great-wish we had them this good down state.My (now) previous oil change place downstate said my prior leak after an oil change was “just overflow”. The awesome attendant helping me showed me my oil cap filter that had chips in it and, worse, was missing a piece!! Thankfully they reassured me I would get home-and I did- and my car is great. If it wasn’t for going to Pioneer and their knowledge and help; I would have gone back to the previous oil change downstate place that messed up in the first place. (Updated review, original below!!!!)First off, I would like to say thank you to the employees and management of Pioneer Quick Lube, amazing customer service, and a very friendly team! Within two days store management contacted me regarding my previous review, the management was extremely polite, offering to complete the rest of my service free of charge for the feedback. After finding the transaction, they explained that though I thought I was receiving a full service, I must have been misheard. They could have stopped there! Yet Pioneer insisted I visit again and said they plan to restructure their pricing to include the "full service" aspect along with every oil change! Now that's customer service. Pioneer is quick and friendly, they stand by their service and pay attention to their customers. While stopping back in they let me know I was low on the coolant again and as they could not visually see any leaks, gave me several things to watch out for, ultimately suggesting I take it in if the issue persists... In short, Pioneer is a hard-earned 5/5 from me!V Original review VThey're fast, and can be a little too fast sometimes... Went in for a full service and immediately after my car began to overheat, I pulled over to realize I had zero coolant. Not a big issue as my coolant is super easy to fill, and I had a spare in the rear, however this is a service typically done along with an oil change and easily noticeable when servicing a car. I've even had oil change places tell me what belt is squeaking and needs replaced. Not a huge deal, just expected more attention to detail....Service: Oil change

Went to 4 different places while on vacation to get the oil changed in the BMW and nobody would do it except this place. Fast friendly and very knowledgeable.
