Jordyn is a huge asset. Swore we’d never go to flagstar because of bad experiences with Wells Fargo but very glad we made the switch. Better customer service than any other bank in the area. Thanks Jordyn!!!

Jordyn helped me open an account and also with a wire transfer. She was very helpful and friendly and also very knowledgeable about her job. I would definitely recommend Flagstar to any of my friends, coworkers, or family.

I have had a checking acct & savings accts for a long time with Wells Fargo, but when my acct was changed to Flag Star, somehow the savings acctWas not transferred as a savings acct, and was combined with my checking acct. So, my visit was to open up the savings acct. Thank YouCheryl Wakkurik

If your from out of town stick to the bank from your home town. The communication from this bank isn't exactly the best.. I had warned them my account may get over drafted because of a payment coming out, and it takes three days for a transfer and two days for the payment to come out. I was told the overdraft fee would be taken away when my transfer has posted. But that's not the case, now it's like no one has heard from me and they have new employees or something I made it very clear what was happening and now all the sudden it isn't possible. Don't get me started on the merging process they had. Because that changed everything as well.

What a horrible bank. We had a Wells Fargo acct for many years and after the merger they treat us and other WF customers as if they are new accounts. That means extended holds on deposits. Also tried to do a wire transfer and they botched it. we got confirmation of the transfer but the other side never received funds. Then I call the branch I get the um's and ah's . They did not have the ability to figure it out and said they would have to call the wire department and would get back to me. I can do that myself! It's 2019 get your act together Flagstar.
