It’s much easier to make business and tax-exempt purchases here than other nearby electronics/office supply stores. And they have a better selection of brands available in store.

I won't be back to Office Depot. Treated poorly by a staff person who would not help in finding their tax exempt document for my purchase. He told me that I was supposed to already know that they wouldn't look up the tax exempt info, even though I had made this same purchase several times in the past. I left without the product. I know I can find the same items on Amazon for cheaper but I wanted to support our local store.

I can always find what I’m looking for and the customer service is excellent. Andrew helped me today, and has before . He always remembers me when I come in. It’s nice.Update: I always appreciate the staff and customer service in this store! It’s nice to see familiar faces consistently. Andrew and Kim are frequently there when I come in.
