4th trip to Okemos Branch today to request Mgr correct multiple errors made on our account by employee, David Hillsburg. From basic name misspelling, even after error pointed out, to his inadvertently removing primary account holder’s name from the account, to his giving incorrect advice re: check cashing. Unacceptable customer service from PNC. My advice- go to MSUFCU where staff is properly trained.

Today was my first time visiting this PNC branch as a client, and it was a disappointing experience. First, Julie — I’m not sure if she’s a teller or a banker — asked me to grab a pen and paper to write down the amount I wanted to withdraw while she was helping other customers. Then she questioned why I came to this branch for withdrawal today. Despite having my debit card, driver’s license, and account number, she asked me to write different signatures claiming that none of my signatures matched. Does anyone’s signature match perfectly every time? I hope they improve their customer service in near future.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and it's a full service branch. Whether it is a complicated or simple transaction, they do a great job of handling business.

My friend has a lot of difficulty using the PNC on-line banking. The tellers are very friendly, but the computer banking is not good.

I really enjoy banking with PNC and love the staff at this branch specifically. I've been able to work with a few great people like Brittani, Savanna, and Rose. They always make me feel super welcome when I walk in. As a visually impaired member, they go the extra mile to make sure I can handle everything easily. Highly recommend

Place is terrible. They are holding my grandmothers money for over a month and refusing to transfer it to the trust account. They don't return calls. They ask foe the same info they already have and stall despite needing to disperse funds in 3 days. This led to late bills for the estate and more expenses for us. Getting a lawyer.

My account got hacked and the bank in Okemos is to busy to help me without a appointment first thing in the morning. When no one is in the bank. They are all just sitting in there little glass offices.

Drew is a great bank manager, not his fault- it’s corporate PNC who has gone downhill dramatically. Don’t want to go into specifics but as a former financial advisor who has banked with PNC almost 20 years. I advise banking elsewhere possibly MSU FCU. Even mercantile is better. Disappointed in PNC.

the rudest people you will ever have the displeasure of meeting. the only one with a brain and kindness is the teller manager. the rest hardly know how to count. Julie is especially horrible to work with!!!! Switching banks asap.

Damon at the front was an absolute jerk. My husband has a heavy accent and has a difficult time pronouncing certain words and Damon had zero patience with him. It’s only two stars because Tina in the office was an absolute delight, but Damon gets zero stars.
