Horrible customer service. Absolutely terrible. Who hangs up on a client of theirs? I'd never do business with this bank.

Im very displeased with the lack of staffing and the obvious disregard for it by management and corporate in ****************** branch. One teller shows up to work and you force the branch to be open and run that person ragged. This is not the first time Ive seen it. Im guessing giving proper breaks is not an option either. How can a branch deliver excellent customer service when one teller is left to fend for themselves all day long? Management needs to step up and get in the front lines to support, or the company needs to take a look at what is really happening with their business. I cant imagine employees are happy, let alone the customers who are waiting an obscene amount of time. I would not recommend supporting such a business.

I have had nothing but problems with this so called bank. The customer service is horrible. I closed my account with them and have absolutely nothing positive to say about them. So if you are opening a bank account I would recommend anyone else

It has taken 3 long years to settle the estate but to be fair there were complicating factors. Misty Condon has provided very good customer service.

Whether through malicious intent or sheer incompetence, they have cost us thousands of dollars and continue to charge us for their own mistakes. We were outright lied to by Melissa upon transferring our mortgage regarding payouts, she assured us multiple times that we would receive a check for roughly $5000, we even structured the loan specifically for that so we'd be able to get some much-needed repairs done, but when it came all but $60 had been taken by fees that she neglected to tell us about. She directly lied to us, and cost us $4940. Additionally, the process took about three months longer than it should have, and we had to keep calling her and asking about progress. Three years later, our mortgage payment jumps up by roughly $150. Once again, Melissa tells us that it's because they didn't keep up with the tax end of things for three whole years and now that they realized their mistake they shift the responsibility to us. I don't know how we're supposed to pay this, but Melissa, if you're reading this, you are a detriment to an already shady profession and I hope you have trouble sleeping at night. Our lives are measurably worse for your existence, and it would have cost us far less money to have done literally nothing.

I was very disappointed with Isabella Bank. They were not at all helpful, I received different answers to the same question as I tried to find answers to simple checking account procedures. I was told I had overdraft protection then told it wasn't for you to use actually it was just there "in case"... Very Dissappointed with this bank

Good morning Jacquie, (Card Services) Oh how elated we are as customers of Isabella Bank! Your helpfulness, trust, and expedient action regarding my recent account situation has been beyond anything we have experienced recently! I am VERY VERY happy to say we bank at Isabella Bank and WE APPRECIATE what you do! My Card was compromised (used) at 1:35 P.M on September 12th, Blocked by Isabella Bank at 1:36 P.M. (WOW!) and between the quick response of yourself, on behalf of Isabella, and the "agent" at eBay, all things were set aright within five days, including a SATURDAY! All that remained was for the provisional monies to be removed from our account, which has now been completed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The reality is that in today's age of technology, accounts will be compromised. However, I feel better knowing that I have a bank that takes that reality seriously and provides VIRTUAL ARMOUR for our money that we entrust to Isabella Bank! Thank you so much, again, on behalf of our family!
