The person that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me because I asked for a "ROUGH" estimate on how much parts would cost....the man said no estimates over the phone because they do free estimates and he wasn't taking the ti.e to look up pricing . Said I had to stop in to get an estimate. So if you work a daytime job ....good luck getting an estimate from this jack***.

I love muffler man ive taken my car to multiple other places and they where just terrible compared to muffler man. They have never tried to put other parts on my car that I didnt need and they are super affordable and honest. I will always go here to get my car repaired. I also love how they dont charge you for inspections they are amazing and get my car in and out.Services: Steering & suspension repair

My mom went for me, but I paid $120 for a recharge in my Ford Flex and the air works again! In the front and the rear too - super friendly and fast :). Sucks they only take walk-ins 10-3

This is my second time using them and will continue to go anytime I need something. Both times I went in I thought my issues were worse than they ended up being. Got a starter replaced didn’t even last 4 months tried to get refund on the new part that was covered by warranty for a year got rejected by owner said okay whatever went to dagwoods got my car fixed and my money back for that same new part. Shout out to dagwoods for going the extra mile for us and caring about our situation.Edit: pretty great customer service when you argue with every negative review you’ve got before instead of taking responsibility and even apologizing first sounds about right though great representation of how this place runs

Awesome guys. Got my car in same day when my whole exhaust fell. Did a good job, reasonably priced, did it fast and even swapped my wiper when they noticed it was bad.

Arrived with what we thought was the need for a new muffler. The car was inspected almost immediately and the estimate was given. It only needed minor repair to the rusted tail pipe section. They repaired it right away at a reasonable cost. Was delighted that it was done so quickly at short notice. I dealt with Jeremy, and was delighted with the service. Left my car with them, my exhaust split in half from a failed weld, they had my car ready right at the end of the day and I was shocked it was such a low price, will definitely be back here if I need anything else done
