USPS driver apparently thought it would be smart to shove my tin sign into my tiny mailbox causing it to bend and dent. Does it take a rocket scientist to realize when something won’t fit?

They leave packages in the rain to get ruined and don't follow simple directions. Happens time after time even though I contact the Mt. Pleasant post Master and am assured the delivery instructions are on file and will be followed.

4-4-23 at the north winds apts here in mt pleasant, a person fell down in an emergency.The post lady was very quick to respond. She called the police as soon as possible. She made sure the person was ok and attended to. Others were there. A very big thanks to them as well.Cool stuff people. Thank you post lady. That was legit five stars.

Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. They offer passport photos by appointment. They have a huge variety of flat rate boxes and envelopes (including flat rate international ones). They also have a nice little gift shop type area with cards, tape, and small gifts. They seem to have a good collection of stamps and the people are friendly. Time of day and day of week will greatly affect how quickly you can do your business. Lunchtime is typically busy in part because everyone's trying to get their errands done their lunch but also because the workers need their lunch too.

The lady who delivers mail in our area keeps saying inappropriate/rude things to our door camera pertaining to OUR NEIGHBOR’S packages. (I do have the recordings if you’d like to see them) Not that I’m personally offended, but pretty embarrassed for you guys and the level of professionalism (or lack there of) you’re setting for your establishment. If your job makes you so miserable—leave. Do better, Mt. Pleasant USPS.

Just because I live in an apartment complex doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to get the packages delivered to MY door. They frequently deliver to the wrong apartment. I think they need to slow down and learn to read the apartment numbers. Let's do better!!

Would give a zero if i could, they have lost several of my packages now. I live in an apartment complex and sometimes instead of walking to the door for packages they’ll set them on the mailbox and several have been stolen!

Mount Pleasant USPS sucks. Every time I have a package delivered through them they always send it back because they say my address is incomplete even though it is complete on my end and the sender’s end. Last time I called and verified. They delivered it the next day. The address on the label was complete and correct. I called today an hour after they attempted to deliver a package to verify like always and they had already sent it back. I have lived at this apartment for 3 years and I have never had this issue until recently nor do I have this problem when I get packages delivered via FED EX or UPS.

I called earlier to get a package that said my address was not found/number didn’t existed. I spoke with a woman on the phone and she said as long as I come in before the office closed, I can get it. I get there at 5:20pm (I even left work early to get it) and inquired about my package to which everyone shrugged their shoulders. They tried looking for it and EVEN CALLED SAID SUPERVISOR and she told the employee “she kind of remembered talking to me, doesn’t remember, doesn’t know where she put my package” and now I’m considering they lost my package. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. I wish I didn’t have to write a negative review but this is horrible service.
