Actuators on bottom pressure nozzles are broken, and have been for months. This leaves a perfect streak of mud down your car after a wash.

Walking in here, the environment is negative with employees basically yelling about their problems with other employees for the world to hear. Not something I'd like to hear while I'm trying to get in and out as quick as possible. Faster service and less drama would be great.

7 people in line and there's an employee Hocking credit cards...maybe we could get someone to help with the line that hasn't moved the five minutes. Apparently Meijer Credit Cards are more important than actually helping the customers in line. Will not return.
