This most recent exchange has been fabulous! Bent over backwards to accommodate me and order new slings for my 1997 Home Crest chairs. Fingers crossed that they come in and get installed as promised!

Called to find replacement parts for a 10 year old glider. They ordered and repaired at no charge. They even replaced the glide hardware.
